“Shoutout to the amazing staff at the Highway 15 location. Ethan served my ice water and a delicious Bacon Gouda sandwich. He asked me if I wanted ketchup and I didn’t. I’m in the parking lot writing this review because every Starbucks should be like the one close to me. Thanks :)

Parking: It’s a large Rio Can like parking lot. Lots of room.

Kid-friendliness: My kids do arts and crafts there all the time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not required. The door is on flat ground and there are small ramps of concrete but no barriers.“

“HUGE props to Penelope! I had actually picked up a coffee at the Tim Hortons location on John Counter drive thru...I had driven off and when I eventually tasted my coffee it was burnt. At this point, I was close to the Niagara Park location so I swooped in and decided to go in to this location to grab some cheese twists and use the restroom.While ordering the twists I explained the situation and asked if they could make me a new coffee. Without hesitation, Penelope said it was no problem at all and got me a new coffee with my order. I offered to grab the coffee from my car and bring it in to dump and she said that wouldn't be necessary. Thank you for the kind gesture even though it wasn't on you to make it right! I'll be stopping by this location to work from now on! ??PS - Just a suggestion, the ladies washroom could use a hook on the door for jackets/purses. Would be super convenient!“

Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s used to get my orders wrong, but it’s been over a year now and I haven’t got a singular order wrong, that made me want to go there more. I can say one time this worker made sure the kitchen knew and I saw them wash their hands and make sure it was all safe. Thanks for accommodating my allergies and being carful.“
