I was intreged with the bogo burger deal and ordered from seamless. the burgers were still hot and juicy when they arrived and fries with garlic, rosemary and olive oil were honestly the best fries Ive ever had plus the Brussels sprouts were amazing!! Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “Good BK quality food. Customer service here is very good. Operating hours are less than other nearby fast food operations. Usually fast service for food, even at the drive-thru. Modern dining area has sufficient seating for customers. A lot of parking available.“

“Was beached out after 3 days Labor Day weekend so on Monday did some shopping and hit this place for the first time. Double Shack Burger, Fries, Vanilla Shake to go. It didn't disappoint. Decadent dining experience! But I can't eat that regularly... Maybe next Labor Day! 😉“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

Gets very busy unlike most Burger Kings. In a busy area. There’s an abandoned Burger King in the back. Cool artifact of history. Looks like it’s been closed since the 90’s. Has a Coke Freestyle Machine. But sometimes it’s out of flavors. Can get free fries in the app. Dined in both times.“
