“Homey’s Bistro is the place to go to in Glen Head. Across from the LIRR Parking is easy. They serve breakfast, amazing lunch and NOT TO FORGET, the donuts 🍩 and cinnamon rolls, which are massive. Three try one of their amazing iced espresso. They also have beer from a local distributor and started last week. They’re doing wine and crate trays on the evenings of Friday and Saturday. i’ll be going this Friday tomorrow to check that one out. I will give this place five stars friendly. They have their own pastry chef on staff, which makes everything fresh daily. Check it out.“

“We recently ordered from Exotic Kreations for a 60 person bbq/party. We ordered their Pasta Salad and Fruit Salad for the party and I ordered a small size of their Shrimp and Crab Salad and their Chicken Salad for my family.

John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.

“We love going to Foster—at this point, you could say we’re regulars. We typically sit at the bar. We especially love their specials, and I’m still thinking about the elk burger I had last year (please bring it back!).The oysters are always fresh and delicious, and the fried chicken is absolutely amazing. Recently, I’ve been loving the salmon with corn and shishito succotash and blueberry teriyaki. Honestly, everything is consistently fresh and delicious.

John, the bartender, makes excellent cocktails—many with fun names like Silence of the Lambrusco. He puts a lot of care into his craft, from house-infused ingredients to thoughtful presentation. He also always keeps you hydrated with their house water, which I truly appreciate.

Happy hour is a great deal and is available at the bar only, Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00–7:00 pm, and all night on Mondays. We love ordering the wood-fired Margherita pizza and fried chicken wings for $12.36, along with their house margarita at $10.30—delicious and affordable.

When we do get a table, the service is always spot on.

My daughter Victoria and I stopped by this Olive Garden at 1246 Old Country Road, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Ariana, was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional. The manager, Margarita, was also amazing and made sure everything was perfect.
The food was delicious and came out very fast, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the outstanding attention we received throughout our visit.

“Best hamburger hotdog place that serves great beer near Hosfstra University. Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

He told me that my mother had wandered in after having her car bumper come completely loose on Marcus Ave. She had no phone, and was shaken up by the whole ordeal. Joe called me for her, and gave her a cup of hot tea. I went over, picked her up and got her home. Later my wife and I returned to pick up her car. “Best pizza in Massapequa. This was already our favorite spot… then I decided I would ask them to make a gender reveal pizza for me and my husband. I go inside with my 3 children and ask the man to look at my email without me seeing it. He is very helpful and puts the order in for me. My husband picks the pizza up later that night and came home saying “he wouldn’t charge me for it!” Very unexpected and made it clear that what was special for us was special to them also. ❤️ We opened the pizza together later and saw a big G on it, telling us the new baby was a girl after 3 boys. “I live down the block so I'm happy this is a quality pizza place. Their regular, square vodka and chicken bacon ranch slices are great and you get good value for your dollar. The chicken bacon ranch is the best i have ever had. I would have given this place 5 stars if they made the Buffalo chicken and bbq chicken slices like they do the chicken bacon ranch. Unfortunately, those are usually my go to slices but for some reason they take a very different approach than they do the chicken bacon ranch and it definitely doesn't work. I recommend giving this place a try especially if you live in the neighborhood.“

“From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, this restaurant was amazing. Monroe’s offers a cozy feel, with amazing staff and welcoming smiles. We started out with drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us to delicious appetizer choices. I had the eggplant rollatini special and my dad had the clams orreganata. I order items with vodka sauce quite frequently and this was the best I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy with amazing flavor! The homemade focaccias bread was delicious and airy, the perfect piece of bread to soak up the remainder of the sauces from our appetizers (because it was too good to leave a single drop). For dinner I ordered the skirt steak, medium rare. The marinade was sensational, and the skirt steak cut like butter! It was cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables and potatoes it came with were delicious. My dad ordered the penne Ala vodka and added chicken cutlet to the dish. He couldn’t stop raving about it. We were so full after our appetizers and main entrees, but the dessert menu was too tempting. We shared a slice of the raspberry cheesecake and oh my goodness, if you like cheesecake, order this! They make it in house and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our dining experience. I paired it with a cappuccino. Monroe’s doesn’t disappoint, even to the last detail. My cappuccino had a cute cinnamon heart on top. Overall, Monroe’s was truly a delightful and pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends and family!“

“Their pizza is the bomb! My compliments to the chef. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and courteous. The presentation of the pizza was neat and lovely. On my drive home from the restaurant, the smell was awesome, and I couldn't wait to get home, so I could dig in! The pizza tasted as great as it smelled. I will be visiting them again as soon as possible.
Just to update: I have visited them 3 times since my first time and I have to say their pizzas are great! I've tried three different varieties, and you can taste the difference being that it's halal, you can taste the difference in how healthy the ingredients are, you're getting better quality ingredients and better quality food. I take time out to drive miles to them just have their food because the service and the atmosphere it's always great they're so pleasant with you, they treat their customers like they're family that they haven't seen in a long time that they missed. The chef Gurbinder does a fantastic job and the presentation is always great.“

“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care.
