And went above and beyond to provide exceptional and expeditious customer service for me and my mother. She explained how the rewards worked, showed me how to redeem them, and also was kind enough to ask if the ingredients were ok for our order which was extremely helpful because many of us have allergies or dietary restrictions. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at CHOPT. I will definitely be returning. The manager Latiqua was absolutely a pleasure to speak with! She was extremely kind and profesional in every sense of the word. Her attention to detail, make you feel welcomed, provide exceptional service, and help resolve app issues and complete orders in a short amount of time is very appreciated. Dennis the chef made the calamari which were fresh and the sauce was perfect .he came out afterwards to make sure I was happy with my appetizer and that everything was to part .
