“Food here has always been great and this sub shop in Carthage is always my number one spot to go to, on 7/2/2026 around 7:30ish was my first not so good experience, there is a tall younger woman with black hair and arm tattoos I had to ask 3 times for Italian dressing and gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes when I asked again, she has little to no social skills and is really not a good person for representing customer service, this was my one and only bad experience here“

“Always a great visit, the nice lady in there today was nice and did everything perfect. Food is amazing, got the chicken bacon protein bowl. It was loaded with chicken and veggies, AMAZING. My daughter got the meatball sub and she loved it as well“
