food was very disappointing the turkey dinner was liked processed turkey not for 24.00
My husband and I had been looking forward to staying here for quite some time. We are local to the area and love the rich history of Letchworth. I was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. First, I will say that my husband enjoyed his scallops. I ordered the hangar steak, it was under cooked, tough, and tasteless. The black garlic had only the taste of mayonaise.
The asparagus was overcooked, limp, and the fries were cold. Do not bother with the coffee, The waiter was inattentive, we had to ask the other waitress we to get him for us.

The Glen Iris Inn offers a breathtaking view of the middle falls, surrounded by meticulously cared-for grounds, making it a wonderful wedding venue. The food is outstanding, with a menu that caters to various tastes and is known for its extremely good quality. Guests have appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, with special mentions of Genevieve, who has been described as wonderful and personable. This attention to service is especially noted during events like weddings, where coordination is seamless. The nearby activities include scenic trails with varying difficulty levels, museums, an autism nature trail, gift shops, picnic areas, camping, a public swimming pool, and playgrounds. The Inn also has historical significance, with a museum across the street featuring a mastodon skull, providing a unique and unforgettable experience. While the venue is beautiful year-round, it becomes especially popular during the fall season, so reservations are definitely recommended. The location is somewhat remote, which may pose logistical challenges for larger groups, but the tranquil setting and value make it worthwhile. Guests have noted the need for clearer directions for dining entrance, but overall, they express appreciation for the well-maintained business and commend the atmosphere, with beautiful woodwork and good service.
