The hours of operation are in no way decided by employees it is a corporate issue and while it may be frustrating I urge people to consider who is really responsible.“

“I Agree best breakfast in Broome county...I've been going there since I was a little kid, I love it...the only place EVER that gets my breakfast right...no matter what my kids and I request they write it down and we have no doubt when it's brought to us it's going to be exactly as we asked ..I've never, not once have had a bad meal there ..I've never even had a mediocre meal there ...Everytime it's above and beyond!!!! Highly recommend...wish it was open 24hrs, my work schedule makes it hard to get to...I work in customer service and recommend this spot the customers that come through and they come back and say it's becoming there favorite spot.. it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Went in Thursday night to order a few subs. The staff was very polite and patient. Very friendly- worked together like a team. All three subs were very good. Very clean environment and fresh ingredients. In a time where many are rude and food quality is poor or orders are inaccurate so often when dining out- I will def go back again soon to this location. “When I went, the toaster was broken, and they were out of bread except Artisan Italian and Italian Herbs & Cheese.
Besides that, it was a great subway! Super clean, nice bathrooms, and the staff were really nice. Immediately when I entered, the staff told us that the toaster was broken and offered to use the microwave instead (it didn’t fit a footlong sub, but still). Quickly refilled two trays when they were mostly empty and I asked for it.
I didn’t see the owner, and they probably weren’t there. Some other reviews mentioned that the owner wasn’t a great manager.

Parking: It’s in a plaza with many shops lined up on a street, and there is enough parking. The lot at subway was half full when I entered and left, for a relatively busy time (Thursday 6:15).“

“Michelle was working amazingly under pressure today during rush hour at lunch, all by herself. She is amazing at her job! She handled herself professionally when confronted with a rude customer who threatened to have her fired because his sandwich wasn’t ready, despite there being several orders ahead of his. Multiple customers attested to Michelle’s amazing work ethic and professionalism!“

“Monday 7pm - Don’t know who the guys are that work there during the stated time but everytime i order there because I am a regular, they always have my food ready and made perfect with the fountain drink to go and the side of CPR already in the bag. “Stopped in today, Saturday, 2/14/26, shortly after noon. I, and another woman (ordering subs for her sons), were the only two customers being served. The three young men in operation were friendly, accommodating, and so entertaining. We didn’t expect the floor show they presented, but it was more than appreciated. They worked methodically, quickly, and with their very own flair of the best of service, as well as making us feel like the entertainment was produced just for us. Adorable, and eager to please. I have never been to a Subway that was so quick, so accommodating, and so eager to please. I have never been to a Subway that put more than the few slices of “recommended” meat offerings on their subs, which usually means more bread than substance. I left there chuckling, and pleased beyond. I’m not from Whitney Point, but visit occasionally. I’m coming back, just to see these three in action. This “gitter done, and let’s have fun entertaining our customers while we’re at it” is just what customers are looking for. And just what I needed on this day.“

“my experience was fantastic. i came in about half an hour before closing, but the employee, blake, handled it incredibly well. i apologized profusely but he reassured me it was fine and got our sandwiches done incredibly quickly, and with plenty of toppings as well. this was an unusually positive experience, since most subways arent nearly as quick or generous. blake really sold the experience.“

“Love Subway. This restaurant is no exception. Has all the perks of every Subway and is clean and has fast, friendly service. Love the 6inch weekly sandwich meal deal! My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch! Also love the foot long Aunt Annie's pretzels! Oddly this is the first restaurant I was able to order one in and it has the fresh salty flavor that the restaurant at the mall does! Loving it!“

“We stopped here with a granddaughter a few days ago. As we were getting ready to place our orders another customer came over and told us that they were running a special, 3 foot longs for $18. Not sure the staff person would have said something, we hadn't progressed that far. From that point on the employee is probably the most friendly accommodating service person like that I ever remember. Very patient as we went through indecision after indecision. No issues when we went back to change an order. Made excellent suggestions for combinations and sauces. Even teased me when I just got regular mayo. Overall the employee made it well, well worth the stop. Beyond that it was subway, nothing special or unusual.“

“I love this location so much. I work nearby. And it’s not the food that brings me back the food is just like every other subway. The people that work there are absolutely so friendly. I go there on days where I’m feeling down and they always cheer me up. It’s one of the only places where I will sit down and eat inside. I love this subway location next to Wendy’s on the vestal parkway!

“I go to Subway quite a lot. Everytime I go, the workers are always so nice! The service is also very fast, i'm never waiting in line for more than two minutes.
