I know being I was a past waitress at the original Piccolo’s and then a general manager until retired 11/1 many will say my review is biased but being that I have had the opportunity of being in the kitchen while the food is prepared I can 100% tell you the food and sauce is made from the best of ingredients following past recipes of Chef Rodrigo and Chef Daniel. I recently dined at Piccolo Trattoria and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting.I ordered the Salmon Oreganato for my main dish, and it was cooked to perfection. The salmon was tender and flavorful, and the side of steamed vegetables, particularly the crisp broccoli, was a delightful complement.
