You will have trouble finding seating. Which is a testament to the good food. So I guess that’s a good issue to have. The second issue I had with service was based on their opening times. The store front and website says they open at Noon. On many occasions. We get there at 12 and the workers are just arriving or just started setting up for the day. You would think that a place with a lot of volume. They would start their day before the opening time. So the front doors typically won’t open until 12:10/12:15. “There was alcohol, but I went there with teenage kids. Korean idol music videos kept playing on the large TV, and the atmosphere was good.Most of the food was salty, so it was difficult for the kids, but I think it was perfect to go with beer.“
“I just finished eating my meal from here and holyyyyy 10/10. I expected it to be good from what I've heard but this was insane. “I think this place is excellent value, though the sides were just fine. The tenders are large, and a welcome surprise compared to the pitiful ones served at fast food places. Definitely a bit of a wait for the food, so I do recommend calling a head of time for pick up but it will be worth it. The staff members are so kind and there customer service is beyond ordinary. “By far the best fried chicken I've ever had. I just got the boneless chicken with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Huge meal, I didn't finish it because it was so big. This was the first time ordering, I've had their chicken before. Sometimes in the day if you shop at food bazaar they have free samples to try. So I knew how delicious it is, but everything else was just as fantastic as the chicken. I hope food bazaar bottles the dipping sauce I got which was soy garlic BBQ. It was soooo good! Only drawback for me is it is dark meat (not effecting my rating), but I'm sure you can get white meat for extra.“

That was my first time stepping into Dango. I didn’t realize there was food. I have to say: hands down best customer service ever. The honey pineapple chicken was my favorite. I always add extra rice cake with it. Their rice dishes are great too. For the price, you do get a lot of food. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but from what I have tried, I can’t say anything bad about anything I’ve ordered. I got the pastrami with chicken sandwich and it is good for 2 meals. The fries were not oily neither the regular nor the sweet potato. The wait for the food was not long at all. My wife ordered the special 2 piece chicken with fries. Slushies were good despite my brain freeze. The staff behind the counter explained the sandwich menu very simply and was very courteous and kind. Kudos.
