The food is prepared so well and it's so nice that they have some feature meals that change with the seasons and take advantage of what produce are available. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive. The noise level was perfect and I chose it because my niece has hearing challenges and we can count on the perfect ambiance for an enjoyable evening.“

“My family wanted to try a new place for dinner this weekend and Jamesons was it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting so we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. Our waitress Sarah was great...super friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered the French Onion soup (excellent) and Pretzel Sticks (ok) as appetizers. The French Onion soup ($12) was very delicious but the pretzel sticks ($12) we probably wouldnt order again. There were 2 Pretzels to the order which my wife and I thought was a little pricey for what they were. My 7 year old ordered the chicken fingers and fries which were better than I had expected them to be. My wife ordered the Fish and Chips ($25) - super tasty, very fresh, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Reuben ($24) super yummy which was a special for the evening. My wife and I both agreed after sharing that both meals were excellent. Key Lime Pie and a cappuccino finshed us off both of which did not disappoint. Overall, food and presentation were top notch and the service was excellent ---Thanks again Sarah! My wife and I both felt it was a little pricey but we would definitely go back.“

“Tavern 157 is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a cozy ambiance that perfectly balanced charm and sophistication.

Every dish was great. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was evident. Pair that with their impressive drink selection--especially their sangria--and you have an evening to remember.

The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made fantastic recommendations. They made us feel like we were the only table in the house, even though the place was buzzing.

Tavern 157 is the perfect spot for a date night, a catch-up with friends, or just indulging in amazing food. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. A true five-star experience!“

“I have been to The West End Cafe many times for dinner, but this was my first time for lunch. Although the menu was more limited there many fewer people there. It tends to be very noisy in the evening but was much quieter during lunch making it conducive for conversation.“

“My friends and I had a lovely afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel Pool house. We were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess, Isabella, who made us feel so welcomed. Our beautiful table was in the perfect spot to take in all of what the Rockaway Hotel has to offer. The outside bar and Pool house are exquisite. The pool was bustling with excitement. Our waiter, Andrew, was polite and helpful . I highly recommend coming to The Rockaway Hotel because their staff is highly professional and attentive.“

“I went to The Harbor Light with my grandfather who is hard of hearing. I cannot tell you how accommodating the staff was. We originally sat in an area where he was unable to hear well. The owner Bernadette and the server Annie opened up a whole other section in the restaurant for us that was quieter. They were so kind and we enjoyed a lovely lunch. I would definitely recommend this place. They truly care about their patrons. Thank you Harbor Light!“

The food is just as great as the other locations (Bayside & Rockville Center), which works for us because it's a lot closer ?!Service was spot on, friendly and attentive and the food is to die for! Of course we started with a knish, my favorite from my Queens days and an assortment of apps! If you love chicken, go with The Southern Dunk! You're welcome! “Lovely neighborhood cafe in a beautiful, secluded beach community. They have a convenient parking lot, and the atmosphere is serene. The food is great, and the portions are huge. The wait staff is hard working and do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice spot to bring older folks as there are no steps and seating is easy.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and the experience was a mixed bag. The food was absolutely exceptional, each dish bursting with flavor and well prepared. The service was top-notch as well - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ordered a Cosmo and my friend ordered the old fashioned. The bartender did an excellent job and both drinks were delicious!

However, the ambiance left something to be desired. The decor felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization to match the quality of the cuisine and service. With a revamp in the ambiance department, this place could easily become a five-star dining destination. Overall, a great spot for a delicious meal with fantastic service, but with room for improvement in the atmosphere.“

“Located inside a hotel, this steakhouse has a stellar view of Queens and Manhattan. I only came for the rooftop and drinks, so I'm not able to say much about the food.

On their rooftop, they have a live DJ (who was actually really good, and played tropical house), and a stellar view. The ambiance was great and it's a good spot for drinks with friends.“

Liz is the best and was t there when I was there but these young kids bartenders needs to pay attention the older customers who will tip better if they are given better service . We have the jobs that allow us to tip better then these young kids.“
