“The food is very tasty. One of the best chinese restaurants in suffolk county. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and the shredded beef with garlic sauce. It never disappoints. Always bursting with flavors. The steamed pork dumplings were also delicious.“

“The food is always terrific. They don't have enough tables to sit and eat or to wait for your food. On a busy night, they may tell you an hour wait but they're always on time for a delivery, if not early. My only real complaint about that night is that when I had to call back twice the man that answered the phone was nasty on the 2nd call back! The 1st call back I needed to tell him white meat only. The 2nd call back was to add to my order. That man was so rude, I wanted to cancel my order but I didn't. He screamed my order at me and than asked, "what you want now?" Omg I was appalled! “I came across this diamond in the rough while shopping in the Smith Haven Mall. At first I wasn't sure I would try it but I went for it. This food is amazing. The flavors are not over powering and not oily. The staff and customer service is wonderful. You get what you paid for. You have a wide selection and different combo options which when shopping at the mall you know you will have an appetite. I was greeted with a smile by a lovely lady who gave me samples. My husband went there with our daughter and the same lovely lady gave her a sample of the Bourbon chicken. My daughter truly liked her and how sweet she was. I HIGHLY recommend this place 100%. “Lobster Wok has the best Chinese food on the East End! I have lived most of my life in Manhattan and eaten at many Chinese restaurants in the city. Lobster Wok could hold its own there. Went for lunch for the first time wirh a friend who eats here all the time.. I was hesitant because I’d read a few pretty unfavorable reviews.. but decided to just trust my friends judgement .. well.. she was right.. it is very good for a buffet.. and contrary to some very negative reviews it is clean and there is a bathroom.. plus the service is great.. Realky the only criticisms I have are as follows;
1) very limited fresh cut fruit selection.. cantaloupe was good though.. maybe consider fresh watermelon and pineapple.
2) limited vegetables.. maybe consider adding bokchoy
3) ice cream machine was broken
4) cold egg roll

Overall.. great reasonably priced all you can eat place. I highly recommend it.
Can’t wait to go back when hopefully there will be more fresh fruits and vegetables. And a working ice cream machine.

“Been going to Pearl for along time. Any of their lunch specials are great. You get a good amount of food and you can tell the quality is good every time you go. Not gourmet quality but its good. Solid asian place. Everyone I ever dealt with always has a smile and is very nice. The inside has an odd smell to it so I usually just do take out.“

I don’t ever write reviews because it’s a waste of time but I’ve read the reviews before going here (ofc like everyone else) and the reviews don’t seem very good for some reasons. BUT the food here is made in a way that bring out the flavor. I ordered the beef and broccoli and I LOVE IT. The beef is made in a way that it’s chewy at first and then after chewing it, the flavors of just asian cuisine comes out ?. I would say it’s the best Chinese food place in this area.
Service… the people here are very amazing and friendly. The line was very long but they manage to take care of every customer in a timely fashion. Just looking at how much people there is makes me stressed, I don’t know how they do it, ngl.
The Atmosphere, I gave it a 4/5 because people would think I’m a bot if I don’t put that. This place looks like it leads back to almost 30 years. The artworks, the clock by the corner mirror(a kid there showed me, it glows and it actually works) , the phone (I tried the phone and it actually works), and even the heater at the side looks so long agooo. I also asked too and the kid told me it leads back to almost 20-30 years. Crazy isn’t it???
Also, food gets soggy because you don’t pick up your order at a timely fashion and eat it at a timely fashion, I don’t know what the hell people here are complaining about!!!“

“Sometimes they are really good other time they’re not… so I’d describe it as hit or miss, but with me they have a higher hit rate especially with their pad thai! it’s really good and the veggies are very crispy. wish it was a little saucier and spicier but i’m happy enough to have fresh veg :) I’ve eaten here probably 10+ times. The sushi is good for the price, and I like some of the chinese food. I come here mostly for the thai food tho.wish there was more transparency on their menu about gluten free options, as i don’t have celiacs but I do have to avoid fructans in wheat flour. but also celiacs have a hard time… so labeling the menu for allergens would be nice“
