“The food was good. The fried rice was my least favorite. I loved chicken with broccoli. The place is take out but has eat in potential. They have lots of restaurant supplies in big cardboard boxes in eating area, which may steer most from sitting in to eat. Maybe if they have a partition between dusty boxes with supplies and the tables laid out close to them. Back to food, eggdrop soup was good. “I coach the three young boys of the owners here for swimming and have been looking forward to trying out their restaurant. The food was so delicious and came out very quickly (within 15 mins of ordering) and once I got home I sat down and ate it all in one sitting. (Definitely enough food for 2-3 meals) The boneless spare-rips in particular looked and smelled incredIble as well as naturally colored and most importantly were absolutely delicious. On top of all that the owners are absolutely fantastic people and seeing how they treat their staff and guests it is easy to see how they are raising such incredible young men. “Hands down the BEST chinese/szechuan restaurant in Long Island. I've been to many restaurants in Flushing and Manhattan and I gotta say that Spice Workshops food is even better than some of those restaurants. The flavor is very authentic to what szechuan food is suppose to be. My recommendation for ordering:

- Fish on spicy oil
- Shredded pig feet with peppers
- Cabbage
- Sweet and sour fried crispy pork
- Hunan beef with green peppers

I ordered the shrimp dumpling noodle soup with bok choy. The broth was tasty and delicious! The handmade shrimp dumplings were very generously loaded with shrimp. I ordered extra bok choy and a side of chili oil. This was a perfect lunch and I recommend it highly!“
