“I have no idea why it has taken me so long to try this place but I went in for my sister's birthday a few weeks ago. We ordered the wood ear mushroom salad, edamame and the Shanghai soup dumplings for appetizers. The mushrooms are reason alone to go back. My entrée was the dry pot chicken which came in a wok lit by sternos underneath and full of dried peppers with a perfect amount of Sichuan peppercorns. My mouth was oscillating between the delicious burn and the tingling and numbing effects of the peppercorns. The other entrées were fantastic. Beef flat noodles with a savory sauce, a mountain of port fried rice, and a delicious pork noodle dish. For dessert, perfectly fried and sugared sweet potato cakes. My one real regret is not going to this place sooner. Our server was lovely and the owners made my sister's day special.“

I was having a serious craving for dumplings so I figured I’d try this place, expecting the typical, doughy dumplings most places will give you. Like, they’re good, ok. Hence why I was craving dumplings. But nothing wildly special. THIS place though? I was immediately pleasantly surprised upon my first bite. The texture wasn’t very doughy, but not too thin, and the filling was delicious! Just so much better than your typical Chinese restaurant. “All the time i order chicken with broccoli with vegetable fried rice and my 7yrs old love the food (can even finish a plate for himself) but the ribs, the general tso chicken/beef, the lo meins etc is all taste and fare price. The service is first come first serve but they work fast. The ambience unfortunately is not to big since they only have 2 to 3 tables to eat in but pretty everything is for take out.“

“One of our new favorite places for bao, buns, and hot pot! We had the frog leg hot pot and it was delicious. Also, our staples have become the lamb sandwich and the pork baos. The fried chicken (popcorn chicken) is a yummy comfort food. Staff is so kind and always willing to offer yummy recommendations. We also love sitting and eating in the restaurant - it's got such a warm and relaxing vibe.“

“Food is good and plentiful especially for the prices we're paying nowadays. Super easy and convenient to order online, a lot of Chinese restaurants don't offer this. Lunch specials are also good and reasonably priced. I generally prefer Asian fusion type places but if you're looking for traditional Americanized Chinese food this is my preferred place in the area. Side note it's really just a take out joint... don't expect a sit down meal here.“

Any of their dishes are freshly made. Take out or dine in. They have dinner specials as well. The staff is courteous and has excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed.“
