“Wing Wah Kitchen's sesame chicken was a real treat! The chicken was very tasty, and the fluffy white rice was the perfect accompaniment. It definitely hit the spot for a Chinese food craving. While the food was enjoyable, the establishment itself could benefit from some attention to cleanliness and maintenance. A little sprucing up would go a long way in making the dining environment feel more welcoming and inviting.“

“By far best I’ve ever ordered from when comes to Chinese and or Japanese takeout.. And I ordered yesterday lol I was hoping they were open later today but completely understand (That’s my fault lol) but if you EVER want the best chicken and broccoli or salmon sushi/cream cheese/ avocado it’ll change your life lol.. Their egg drop wonton soup, spring roll, I mean there’s not a THING I’ve ordered and said “eh this is okay” it’s always WOW.. And they’re not only the nicest and polite, especially if go in but over phone even! it’s amazing how fast they deliver!! The chicken and broccoli and egg drop wonton soup will be PIPING hot when get it we almost joke they must have an oven in the car cause it’s impossible this fresh lol... They’ve been the best since moved to port Jeff over 2 years ago and not ONCE I don’t care if ordered right before closing and I know I’m a pain in the butt Or 4-5 pm lol the quality and freshness doesn’t change, they deserve legit 5 stars across the board if anyone ever gives it anything else I’m sorry but you’re insane, and their pricing is AMAZING as a customer and consistently the same quality food no matter time of day or year time of year lol order like said this place should be EASILY number 1 in area... “I came here for lunch and ordered the sesame chicken with a side of white rice along with the spring rolls The sesame chicken was delicious and the rice paired with it perfect The spring rolls were a bit over-fried which gave them a slightly bitter taste but they were still decent. “I recently had such a great dining experience at Splendid Noodle in Stony Brook, New York!

I ordered the roasted duck with hand-cut noodles and extra vegetables, including fresh bok choy, and it was truly an authentic experience from start to finish. One of the coolest parts was being able to watch the chefs through the kitchen as they prepared the noodles—either hand-pulling them or cutting them with a knife right before serving.

The broth was flavorful and incredibly savory without being overpowering or overly salty. On the table, they had homemade chili oil with chili flakes, which was a huge plus for me because I personally love some spice. I added about two spoonfuls, and it gave the dish exactly the kick I was looking for!

The restaurant has that true hole-in-the-wall feel, but don’t let that fool you—this was an amazing meal. I couldn’t even finish the entire bowl, so I ended up taking the rest home and having it as a second meal for dinner later that evening. It still tasted great reheated!

I also have to give them credit for their takeout packaging. I noticed that they pack the noodles separately from the broth, which is such a smart touch. If you’re getting your food delivered or taking it home, the noodles don’t arrive completely saturated and soggy.

The dining area is small, with enough seating for around 8 - 10 families of four, but the establishment was very clean and had charming, authentic details, including the traditional curtains in front of the kitchen entrance.

All I can say is they just earned a lifetime customer because that was the single greatest restaurant I have ever been to. Michelin needs to evaluate this hidden gem because it deserves all 5 stars.
