The quality was wonderful, the food was flavorful, and they were accommodating for special requests (my wife doesn't like fish sauce, and they adjusted AND marked it on the receipt). Our group was large, so we did takeout, but the restaurant was clean, and tastefully decorated. I would have loved to eat my meal there.

“Drinks are so delicious. So many different flavors and varieties, cannot wait to try them all! Store is cute and clean! Only reason I deducted a star is because of the employee that I see there the last few times. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there at all and is not very friendly/happy/productive. They should put a second employee so while she makes the drinks, the other can help the next waiting customer at least. One person is not enough and causes a wait for no reason! Other than that, love this place!”

“I have to share an incredible story with you.. It’s long so please hang in there. One of my children had their tonsils out last Wednesday. I’m sure when this happens as a child it must be horrible, I know growing up so many of my friends had their tonsils out, but I was completely unprepared for how healing would be for my child who is an adult. The recovery has been so much more than any of us anticipated. For their recovery I was asked if I would bring up Blue Hawaii ice from Ralph’s. Off to the store we went, purchased a few half gallons and brought it on the trip with us as we met up with our child the day of surgery. 24 hours after surgery my baby was a mess, the pain was horrible, and the only thing helping was blue Hawaii ice from Ralph’s! I called the store and asked if there was a way to ship the ice to my child. The gentleman on the phone, who I now know as the owner of both the Selden Ralph’s and the Farmingville Locations immediately started to explain to me how we may be able to make that work. The next morning, after my child had already gone through a half gallon, I realized I had to try. When I called that day Pat took charge, not only did he do the research for what I needed, he got it all together for me. He even went so far as to tell me that if he couldn’t figure it out he would be willing to drive the 2.5-3 hours to bring it to them. (Let me add in my other child who is on the island with me was just diagnosed with a concussion, and needed me home so I was unable to be with my child who was recovering from surgery 😭) Pat went to UPS for me and picked up the right size box and the packaging I needed. Then he went on to get dry ice to make sure Blue Hawaii would survive the trip. While the local dry ice place wasn’t so kind, he then drove to Bay Shore to another reliable source who helped. (This was now taking up a ton of this mans time, a decision he made to help me to help my child feel better at no additional charge or perks for him. Without his help I would have never been able to figure this out or get it out that day) He packed the order and I had a friend meet up with him who would then take it to UPS for me to ship it out. So off the ice went on its journey. And it arrived 100% prefect to my child the next day. Yesterday I finally had the chance to meet the man who cared enough to go above and beyond for my family. He didn’t have to do this, there was nothing in it for him, he even gave her extra ice, and I honestly believe he would have taken the drive himself. I went back in to purchase yet another gallon and a half for my child who has not spoken since the surgery but when I FaceTimed them from his store yesterday they did so to thank this wonderful man blue tongue and all 😂. As I am now sitting on the ferry reflecting I needed to share this story with all of you. I am a big believer in being there for one another and what a random act of kindness can do and the impact it can have. This man could have just left it, he could have told me how to do it, and I could have attempted to stumble through while caring for my other child recovering at home yet he went the extra mile for my family. We already were huge fans of Ralph’s but they will now be our one and only stop. I hope if you have never given them a shot you will <3 and my child’s suggestion of course is try Blue Hawaii! I can’t wait to bring her more ice today!”

“Hands down the BEST chinese/szechuan restaurant in Long Island. I've been to many restaurants in Flushing and Manhattan and I gotta say that Spice Workshops food is even better than some of those restaurants. The flavor is very authentic to what szechuan food is suppose to be. My recommendation for ordering:

- Fish on spicy oil
- Shredded pig feet with peppers
- Cabbage
- Sweet and sour fried crispy pork
- Hunan beef with green peppers

Free rice and tea refills. Price is very reasonable. Service is outstanding. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered Pickup tonight on their app because it was New Year's Eve. Must have been busy because it was scheduled for 50 minutes after order completion (7:10pm). Even though I gave them my cell number they only confirmed my order by email. At 7:00pm I got a text that my order would be ready at 7:10pm. When I got my order home, the Family-Style Lasagna Bundle (serves 4-6) was crushed on one side so bad that the cheese was stuck to half of the aluminum lid. Even though I only live 15 minutes away, the included 12 Bread Sticks were still warm in their foil lined bags and the included Jumbo House Salad was still ice cold in it's plastic container including 12oz bottle of Olive Garden Salad Dressing (interestingly the expiration date on the bottle was the next day, still good though). Had to microwave each lasagna portion before serving. But the Meatballs (5) Parmigiana appetizers where an absolute joy. I ordered the Gallon Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea which was very tasty and went well with everything.”

The exquisite delicacy that are these hamburgers left no room for wonder over whether God does or does not exist. He’s real, everything’s real, the one piece is real. Without these things, confections of this caliber would not -NAY, could not- exist. Biting into these juicy delights made me weep tears of joy, unlike the tears of sadness I shed when my wife left me for Tyrone. Slide through them doors and it smack you in the face—bacon snappin’, eggs sizzlin’, coffee bubblin’, whole smell like comfort wrapped in a paper bag. Ain’t no corporate cookie-cutter vibes, nah, this that homestyle grind, real-deal Centereach flavor.

Breakfast here? Straight legendary, nephew. Them egg sammies hittin’ heavy—bacon crispy like a fresh hundred-dollar bill, eggs fluffy like clouds, cheese melted down all drippy, roll warm an’ soft like it just came off grandma’s counter. The chicken parm, chicken francaise, and pasta dishes were great. Hero was great too. I was a little hesitant hiring them only because I had never used them before. I decided to use them because we had gone there for dinner a few times and loved the meatballs and other dishes (chicken bruschetta for one) and their homemade dipping sauce for their bread. I could be happy with the dipping sauce and bread alone, delicious! We will definitely use them again to cater. They delivered and were right on time.”

“I just ordered delivery and was very impressed! The general tso's chicken was nice and crispy and the sauce was very good. I could taste the freshness in the chicken lo mein and the egg rolls were on point. The wonton soup was also not too salty like other places and the wontons were perfect.

“I brought a small group of developmentally disabled adults to Moe's in Centereach for dinner. The staff were patient with them and helpful too . All of the food was good. There was a nice variety of drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine, plus a machine for iced tea, which I like.”
