“What a great anniversary celebration on Saturday. My kids had so much fun and the giveaways were fantastic. Everyone there loved the face painting and the bouncy house and of course Princess Elsa and the dancing Grinch. I go here every day so it was so nice to see they truly appreciate their customers Happy Anniversary.“

“This Dunkin Donuts location is one of the cleanest ones I've been to. Sometimes there is a small line but it is a smaller Dunkin Donuts so there's usually not too many people in there which is nice - not too crowded ever. They get the order right every time, too, which can be rare for some of these. I definitely recommend this location for stopping in and grabbing some coffee. Something to note, however, there is no drive-thru at this one.“

“A Tic Toc food reviewer suggested Prestanos. I was looking for an awesome breakfast sandwich that wasnt a Kaiser roll. Prestanos rolls are AMAZING. Ive been there the last 2 days for breakfast, bringing my out of state sister and brother in law. We all loved the sammies. Also got a couple of jelly donuts. Also Amazing. My husband stopped by after work today at 3pm to get Italian bread. I was hesitant about getting any kind of bread late afternoon but it was so fresh. ! Will be checking out their sweets. “Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

“Love to stop in here for an iced coffee, cream extra light with sugar free Vanilla or Toasted Almond flavors. I treat myself to a coffee because I really enjoy it, coffee is always fresh and delicious, the service is with a smile and I grab my coffee in under 5 min and I'm back in my car onto my next errand. Would recommend DD for a quick, fresh and decadent coffee that's super convenient on the run!“

“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.

“I was ignored in the beginning until I asked can someone help me? This does a huge drive thru business so I assumed they weren't used to too many people coming in. Once I got help ,it was fine.Donuts were fresh and delicious.

“Girl who waited on me was so nice and so good at her job. I was probably in a good mood as well. I had a gift card and was very hungry. I ate 2 bacon, egg, cheese on croissants. I got donuts, Boston creme and jelly. They were fresh, but they could always have more filling. I would enjoy more if they were bigger and filled more. I would be more of a repeat customer if this was the case. I think my mocha latte was decent, but would have like more Expresso and maybe a little for mocha. I also got large coffee and they had no milk in cooler for purchase. I asked for a little extra milk because I like a little extra. She gave me a small amount with a lid. I think she could have sparred a little more considering I spend almost fifty dollars. Maybe I should have asked if I could by a cup of milk, but that would have been the icing on the donut if she would have filled the cup. I said I would pay for it, or at least give me a little more.“

“The staff are generally very helpful and accommodating, but beware of the commuters. If you are traveling in to the city please be respectful of the regular commuters and order quickly. Remember these people are on their way to work and your dilly dallying could make them late. Also remember to follow the queue signs and don't mill about in front of the register.If you are a regular the staff will have your order ready the moment they see you on the line. They may not know your name but they know how you take your coffee and that is something special.“

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. “The greatest on the island. This place has the loveliest chairs tables and lighting. It's a great place to lounge relax and find clarity of mind. the managers are great but the greatest thing about this place is the cleanliness. Super clean which means I'm super confident to drink eat and rest here. I get 5 stars like a universe gives a constellation.“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

And yet when I got my meals and saw only three regular harsh brown I told them I ask for One Loaded Harsh and they said I didn’t when I did and in the recipe it even said One Harsh Brown Two Regular Harsh Brown!!! “Nice staff and open spaced DD. Has ample seating and a currency exchange/atm/lottery on site. They lost a star because the cashier didn't know how to enter the promotion for free bagel. After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren't aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!“
