Pollo Campero is a restaurant known for its delicious chicken and excellent customer service. Customers consistently praise the high quality of the chicken and the friendly staff who provide attentive service. Many enjoy the salad options, specifically the chicken salads, and would buy them again. While the restaurant maintains a clean environment and provides excellent client service, some customers have noted that the chicken can be cooked more at this location. Additionally, there have been concerns about changes to the coleslaw recipe, with some wishing for a return to the original. Despite minor issues like incomplete orders, the overall experience remains positive, with many families enjoying their meals together.
