“My husband and I went to D&B this past Sat night for dinner. My husband loves their chicken fingers and was in the mood for them, i, on the other hand, have a more finicky palate. It was very busy, as suspected, and they were short staffed (who isn't these days). Had a few issues with the service and the wait for the food was a little long but when the manager came over to see how things were, we had explained to him the few issues we had and he rectified it within seconds. Regardless of the service and wait, THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. Yes, OUTSTANDING. I had the Mushroom Stout Burger and it was DELICIOUS! literally, one of the best burgers I ever had and totally worth the wait. You may think this is just a place to take your kids, but their menu is very good. And with a manager who is professional to address issues and provide outstanding customer service, Its totally worth it. We'll be back again, no doubt. And we definitely recommend it. “As a musician who has played so many bars all over NY state I must say the environment at Tailgsters is so incredibly special. First, they treat the bands with love and respect. It should be the norm but sadly it’s not always the case. They go above and beyond. From the ownership to every single enologee that works there, it’s impossible not to absolutely love every person associated with this bar. The crowd is great and super friendly and safe and I genuinely look forward to playing there again. They treat their customers, staff; and performers like family. Really like family. I am so grateful that we’ve played there twice and I’m already looking to playing there again. Michelle behind the bar is a genuinely great person and makes awesome drinks, but every single person there is so approachable and engaging.
