“Let me tell you guys how amazing Donna is! i ordered food for my boyfriend and it was stolen by an uber driver, he picked up my food from this location but never confirmed picking it up on the uber app, therefore the order was still saying that it had to be picked up in the system. I called Bww and spoke to Donna and she explained that uber drivers kept coming in to pick up my food that didn't exist. Her advice was to let uber know what happened so that they can cancel the order in the system, and I could re-order it for someone to pick it up. I knew that would take some time & they were about to close in 30mins. Being that my order was still in the system , the 4th uber driver was on his way to pick up my food . I asked her if I could just put the order in with her over the phone instead of going through Uber and she was more than happy to take my order. She took my order and apologized for the wait even though it wasn't her fault , she also said she'll throw in some extra food for the inconvenience. Donna if you're reading this, thank you so much and I truly appreciate people like you, your level of customer service was excellent. You were patient and kind and i'm so glad that I got to speak with you. She definitely kept her word and added extra food to enjoy along with a cute note, i honestly couldn't be more satisfied. Now that's how customer service is suppose to be done. I am genuinely thankful, thank you again Donna! ❤“

“Rodney was one of the greatest waiters I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we sat down, he brought the perfect mix of professionalism, energy, and genuine kindness. He was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and somehow made the whole meal feel easy and fun. Drinks stayed full, food arrived smoothly, and every interaction felt personal instead of scripted.
What really stood out was his attitude. Rodney treated our table like we were important guests, not just another order during a busy shift. He anticipated needs before we asked, checked in at the right moments, and kept the vibe upbeat the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving people a great experience.
Honestly, Rodney turned a casual Applebee’s visit into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Applebee’s is lucky to have him! Give that man some recognition, a RAISE, and maybe his own menu item. The manager and Rodney gave us some complimentary desert as well.“

“We were at Croxley's on a Monday afternoon for lunch. The place was empty. Our waitress, did not get her name, was wonderful. We told her we were not in a rush and were there to catch up with friends. She was extremely attentive yet allowed us to have our space & privacy. Since most of the restaurants in Farmingdale on Main Street are either closed on Mondays or do not open til 4pm, it's good to know my GFs and I have a place to meet without being rushed.“
