“Place has a very local dive feel. Came across this place in search for good wing spots in Nassau, a journey I've been at for a while now. Price for the quantity and quality was very fair ($15 for 10 wings.) These were some of the best wings I've had in a long time after many places tried. The bartender told us we'd like them and he was not wrong. Spicy BBQ were really good and not overpoweringly BBQ flavor. Wings were a nice size and delicious. Seating is limited but the place is a small storefront and the Knicks playoff game was on. Will definitely come back here!“

“We made a reservation. The place itself was pretty. We were seated immediately and we already knew exactly what we wanted to order. We made it very clear that we were ready to order but none of the waiters came to us. The most awkward part is that the waiters were all physically near us- listening to their headsets. Yet they never approached us. They didn’t even ask us for drink orders. It was a very, very long silence. I almost would have preferred it if the waiters were not physically standing around us. When the waiter finally came up to us- we were very excited and placed our order promptly. Then- we waited- a very, very long time. Another thing to note is that we kept smelling gas from inside the restaurant. It was almost as though they had to turn on the stove with each order. It took the restaurant 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. 1 hour and 20 minutes from our reservation time. I have never waited so long for food. When we did get our meal everything was delicious but I really can’t tell if it was because we were absolutely starving or because it was actually good.
I keep thinking about this place and I truly do not understand what the issue was with the extremely long wait times for everything. Would not return unless the service time improves. Do not go there with children- they will starve due to the wait.“

“Rodney was one of the greatest waiters I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we sat down, he brought the perfect mix of professionalism, energy, and genuine kindness. He was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and somehow made the whole meal feel easy and fun. Drinks stayed full, food arrived smoothly, and every interaction felt personal instead of scripted.
What really stood out was his attitude. Rodney treated our table like we were important guests, not just another order during a busy shift. He anticipated needs before we asked, checked in at the right moments, and kept the vibe upbeat the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving people a great experience.
Honestly, Rodney turned a casual Applebee’s visit into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Applebee’s is lucky to have him! Give that man some recognition, a RAISE, and maybe his own menu item. The manager and Rodney gave us some complimentary desert as well.“

“Let me tell you guys how amazing Donna is! i ordered food for my boyfriend and it was stolen by an uber driver, he picked up my food from this location but never confirmed picking it up on the uber app, therefore the order was still saying that it had to be picked up in the system. I called Bww and spoke to Donna and she explained that uber drivers kept coming in to pick up my food that didn't exist. Her advice was to let uber know what happened so that they can cancel the order in the system, and I could re-order it for someone to pick it up. I knew that would take some time & they were about to close in 30mins. Being that my order was still in the system , the 4th uber driver was on his way to pick up my food . I asked her if I could just put the order in with her over the phone instead of going through Uber and she was more than happy to take my order. She took my order and apologized for the wait even though it wasn't her fault , she also said she'll throw in some extra food for the inconvenience. Donna if you're reading this, thank you so much and I truly appreciate people like you, your level of customer service was excellent. You were patient and kind and i'm so glad that I got to speak with you. She definitely kept her word and added extra food to enjoy along with a cute note, i honestly couldn't be more satisfied. Now that's how customer service is suppose to be done. I am genuinely thankful, thank you again Donna! ❤“

“Large restaurant with Beautiful artwork and lots of space, including a rooftop. Great service. The atmosphere is upscale but down to earth at the same time. The menu has something for everyone. It's not cheap but for the quality and amount of food, the prices are reasonable. They also have a very good Bread Basket and at the end of the meal they give a small complimentary drink. Great Cocktails. The Playlist was wonderful. I've been wanting to come here for a long time and it was definitely worth the wait“

“I met a friend for lunch. I got there early but they seated me. I had a chicken Caesar wrap, which was large pieces of white meat chicken and Caesar salad nicely wrapped in a tortilla. It was accompanied by unremarkable fries.

I have been in this bar a few times this passed year and i have no complaints what so ever. “I have been going here for over 10 years. It’s a great place except now they put in new lighting, which just gives me a headache. It would be better if they were able to put a small maybe 6 inch curtain around the lights so that the light would shine only on the tables, but would not be in anyone’s eyes.“
