“I got married on 9/13/2025 at 916 Riverside and it was one of the best wedding related decisions my husband and I made. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on site and it was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The ceremony was held outdoors on their patio, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how visually stunning it was. We primarily communicated with Jake, the owner, and Brooke, one of the head staff. They were both incredibly helpful and responded immediately whenever we reached out. Anytime I suggested something or asked if it was possible to do X, Y, or Z - Jake accepted with open arms and supported all of our ideas to make our big day personable and meaningful. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but doing so via Jake and Brooke made it as painless as possible, and that is something I am very grateful for. Staff paid attention to small details and ensured that everything got done in the way we envisioned and requested. At the end of our reception, Jake’s staff cleaned up quickly and packed all decorations and center pieces onto two designated tables, which made it that much easier for my husband and I to pick up and pack up everything the day after. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and there’s truly nothing I can critique. 916 Riverside will always be special to us, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any couples who are hunting for a venue. “We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!“

“Cicero Wegmans I love you I really do but a member of your produce department really isn’t representing your brand well. On 2/4/23 I accidentally dropped one bunch of cilantro on the floor. It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“

“We have always had amazing service at the Clay location. Tonight, Ethan was awesome. Very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to have a perfect meal and experience with our kiddos. He even asked if we wanted the kids meals to come out early which was great! Not everyone thinks to ask that, so super appreciated! Thank you to the Clay location for continuing to hire hardworking individuals, it’s really hard to find service like we’ve had there, elsewhere. Keep up the great work!“

“This place is great for a party or a watch party but eating there on the regular I feel isn’t the thing to do. Yes the food is good but it lacks most of the flavor of the names of the foods. The staff are respectful and kind. The atmosphere is very overwhelming and loud. Overall just another New York restaurant.“

“Ordered for the first time last weekend, did a fair amount of sampling of the menu. Spring rolls, crab rangoon, fried dumplings, sweet & sour chicken, beef lo mein, and both general tso's and sesame chicken in the combo meals. Everything was hot and fresh at pickup, all as expected. The only item that was not to our typical taste were the fried dumplings. Lots of filling and tasty, but the dumpling itself was much thicker than most any dumpling we've ever had making it a little chewier than we prefer.“

“Service was great. The two ladies working were sweet, patient, and great with kids. Food looked like it had been sitting out for a bit and was dry before adding chipotle ranch (or any sauce). The bathrooms were disgusting to the point where I wouldn't use them.
