“This place has excellent food and Carl is a true gem of the food service industry.“

“The food was excellent and our waitress was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything.

However, the seating policy was a bit frustrating. My cousin called ahead to explain that she was planning a surprise 40th birthday dinner for a party of 18. My cousin confirmed with the manager that we would be seated even if the birthday girl arrived last (so the surprise wouldn’t be ruined). When we got there, the staff initially refused to seat us and the hostess said the manager said no — even though it had been pre-approved (maybe a different manager at the time of the call and didn't communicate to the next on shift or the staff?).

After a small, friendly conversation, they did go ahead and seat us (finally but too close to the birthday girl arrival), and the rest of the evening went smoothly.

Great food and service overall, but the inconsistency with the seating policy made the start of the night more stressful than it needed to be.“

“I stopped into this Chick-fil-A to dine in for lunch. I ordered a Cobb salad and sat to eat. Moments later, an employee comes over to ask “ would you like fresh ground pepper for your salad? “ I look up and she has a huge pepper grinder and goes “ just say when! “ 👉🏽 Keep up the good work with customer service Chick! The salad was amazing as well!“

All three of us commented that we could not remember a time where we had such an attentive server that was also entertaining and gracious. You are blessed and lucky to have some like him on your team. We do a monthly dinner on Main Street and are already planning on coming back to Acropolis for our September dinner (if we can find out when Anthony C is working!) “They were very accommodating in helping us adjust our reservation when something came up and the service is quite good. I wasn’t thrilled with my old fashioned as it came with crushed ice rather than one giant cube. The apps were good and the sides are huge. The steaks are just a bit overdone relative to how they’re ordered and they do not come out sizzling. Dessert was good.“

“Let me tell you how amazing The Riverfield is! We had our twins baptism dinner here in the backroom and had the absolute best experience ever from start to finish! Allison made everything so simple and easy for me to plan with her to celebrate our boys with family and friends. She was extremely accommodating with all our requests, as we had some with food allergies. The room is gorgeous and perfect even better his had an outdoor space with a view! The kids loved being able to run around outside. The food was so good you have to have seconds! The slow roasted beef brisket is a dream that you will crave over and over again on top of their roasted potatoes. Don’t let that statement fool you, all the food was delish so make sure your try it all and get seconds. Hats off to the Chef! The atmosphere was perfect. “My wife and I stopped in to Amici Diner on main st in Williamsville for breakfast today. What I treat , hometown cooking at a reasonable price! I had the cowboy omelette (western) my wife had the veggie omelette. We both had hash browns, toast and coffee. Everything was so tasty, Thanks to the owners Nicole and Nancy who make everything fresh daily ! We live in North Tonawanda but see doctors out this way . “Tonight, I walked into Corelife Eatery with a goal in mind: I don’t want to eat the same thing I always do! My usual bowl is amazing, and I always ignore it when other things on the menu cry out my name. I walked inside of the (clean) establishment and told the ladies behind the glass, “I want the best bowl ever.” They recommended their favorite, the teriyaki chicken & broccolli sizzlebowl. Well, then I said “I kinda wanted ranch?” and what they replied blew my mind…”You can have it WITH ranch!” WHAAAAATTT?! Let me tell you, the service was amazing, almost as AMAZING as the womens’ tastebuds. because it REALLY was THE. best BOWL EVER!!!! Argh matey that was so good I forgot to stop eating when I felt full. Now I will have to waddle my way out after enjoying my time eating in the well-lit restaurant with family friendly music.“

“Usually hit Ted's up quiet a few times. Well today was the last. The new kiosks coupled with the not so personal staff has capped off me and my family never eating there again. Loved when you ordered with the cook, watched your hot grilled the way you like it (extra dark) to being able to have the employee place more or less of the condiments on your item. Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊“

“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“Everything I've ever tried at Mayback's has been delicious. From the breakfast pizza to the regular pizza. This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly. They've got something for everyone. Easily my favorite place to get food in Buffalo.“

“Another awesome experience, our server was Lexi and she was amazing, knew how to joke around and took our antics in stride. Extremely courteous, attentive, friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We we’re at the Transit location a month prior for a club dinner and had a great time then too. If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. Hopefully those servers are there the next time we go!“

“The absolute BEST pizza we have ever had. Ordering and waiting did kinda feel like waiting in a gymnasium full of high school kids. They were busy yes, but there was a lot of just leaning and chatting too. The flavor and quality of the pizza made up for it.

“Been here twice in the last couple of months. Service has been so on point but still friendly and warm. This food just climbed into the top level pub food around Buffalo. Had the hot honey wings, and wow! Crazy that I had this on Wednesday and the wings were only 75¢ a piece! Rodeo burger (added jalapeño) and cooked medium to perfection. I’m only writing this because they were so nice and the food was so good. #banFastFood“
