Last week was a special delight to meet my old friend Judge Sam Coleman and his wife who were up visiting from Boca where they have retired. Sam loved the food too. From the moment you are greeted with a hand shake to the atmosphere to the service which was top notch to the food which was 5 stars we were happy we drove 45 minutes. We went with a combo of their two prefix menus. The 5 course and 3 course. We had both apps the gnocci with veal and wild mushrooms, fired chicken sticks. Next was soup, we had minestrone and summer pea, next was a refreshing salad. The main we all decied to get the same 42 day aged pepper crusted prime rib. They always gave us a complimentary pepper crusted baby back rib. Both where amazing.
