Chick-fil-A offers a great experience with knowledgeable and kind staff who provide fantastic service even during busy times. The egg bacon and cheese biscuit and hash browns were fresh and flavorful, perfect for a quick stop. This Chick-fil-A is in one of the newly redone rest/service areas on the NY State Thruway. The food, service, and personnel at the Chick-fil-A counter are a bright spot in this rest stop/service area. They were patient and helped with ordering. The atmosphere feels more like a truck stop. The new building, restrooms, and parking area already seem overused, worn, and tired, and the small rest stop can get crowded, with limited seating and long lines for parking and restrooms. Despite the crowds, the excellent service at the counter makes it worth a return visit for a tasty meal.
