“My family has been eating regularly at grand slam for about 15 years. The quality has never dropped and remains our favorite pizza and wing stops in the area!! The pizza and Stromboli are amazing and the wings are even better. The staff are all extremely kind and the prices are great!“

“Firstly, they were open on Labor Day so kudos for that! Secondly, I ordered a large cheese pie tonight it was done right around the time they said it would be, I picked it up and they threw a few zeppole to me on the house to go with it! Staff was friendly, price was good and the pizza was awesome and the zeppole not bad either would def recommend!“

“Caputo’s chicken cutlet gets a 6/10—mediocre when fresh, with a buffalo chicken taste that clashed with the veggies, but oddly better when cold. Their pizza’s solid, a go-to for me, but the rice and beans were bland yet still satisfying. Reliable spot, but not without its flaws.

“When faced with the prices to eat at the Legoland hotel we decided to venture into the beautiful little town of Goshen. We came across Sorrento and we are so lucky we did. This place doesn’t sacrifice quality for portion size - you get both at an incredible price. We ordered the smallest sized pizza and even after feeding the 3 of us we still took 2 pieces back to the hotel with us. The food was easily surpassed by the service we received. Sam goes above and beyond and he was easily the highlight of dinner. Sam offered to take a family photo (without even being asked ) and even offered retakes later. We grabbed one of the tables outside and enjoyed the view of Goshen on a perfect summer night. After dinner we hit the walking trail that runs through the town to work off some of the pizza. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and look forward to visiting next time we are back.

Kid-friendliness: Sam chatted with our son and asked him about Lego land and also made sure he had everything he needed to enjoy his pizza.“

“Our family was looking last minute for a place to have a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s ninth birthday after our original reservation fell through at another place. Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table! What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. If you want a five star experience with both food and service, go to Pelligrinos!“

“I’ve been going to Mike’s for many years now and they never disappoint!! From their breakfast sandwiches, to their pizza, to their Italian combos, you can’t go wrong ordering something from here. I get a sausage, egg and cheese for lunch quite often and my tastebuds thank me everyday. The owners and employees are super nice and always greet me by name when I walk in; they’re very personable. If you’re looking for something yummy to eat, definitely try Mike’s Deli!!

“We have been going here since we moved to Middletown in 2016. Hands down the best pizza place in Middletown. Donaldo and his team are awesome!“

“This is by far my go to when I’m hungry . My family has eaten pizza here , we’ve gotten turkey and cheese hero’s here . Oh my goodness , their calamari and dipping sauce is to die for . They have zeppos , Sicilians , calzones. You can sit down and watch some tv while enjoying a nice cheesy saucy slice of pizza ! It’s a wonderful place that is run but a very nice family.

Parking: There’s a few parking spaces right in front and you can also park on the side . I’ve never had an issue parking and I’ve dined in a few times and I have also taken out too .“

“We order from here at least once a week! My 3 year old even loves their pizza and their garlic knots are just amazing! Ordered a Large Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and when we got home and saw how amazing it looked I just had to take a picture! Whom ever made the pizza tonight you can tell takes pride in what they do! “Chicken Cutlet Hunt

Brother Bruno’s in Middletown surprised me. I tried their chicken cutlet with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, American cheese, and a drizzle of oil and vinegar—absolutely amazing. Easily the best cutlet I’ve had so far, scoring a solid 8.9/10. The size was great and the blend of all the flavor were perfect.

The cold cut was excellent, but the pizza, while flavorful, wasn’t the best in Middletown as they promised nonetheless—thin, tasty and appealing . Fries were good too, just needed a touch more salt. A strong contender, but the hunt continues!“

“we were on our honeymoon with my wife and some relatives took us to this place to try the typical Neapolitan pizza and other local specialties..
Having also been in the restaurant business and a pizza chef for many years, I can say that it is not easy to find a pizzeria in America and above all such good pizza, truly heartfelt congratulations..
The staff is very kind and friendly, it feels like family.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a great experience in an American pizzeria.
