The service here is very slow, be advised. Don't let the service fool you though. The food here is excellent! The waitress was very nice and apologized many times for the wait. I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and a side of broccoli. One of the best Friendly's meals I've ever had! The restaurant itself is quite dated but it is clean and organized. Today my coworker and I came to Friendly's for an ice cream. Overall our experience was very good and the staff were all very inviting and professional. The only complaint we had was the accessible door/ handicap door was not working and locked. Thus may not have been the staffs' fault because if it's broken they need someone to come fix it. Manager (Heather) seemed attentive, as was the server (Chelsea). Food came out in a timely manner and was hot, and tasted great. (It took a bit, but we had a large order, so that's fair) No real complaints!
