“Update (Spring 2026):
I’ve now been to Vietnam and Ky Duyen is on par with some of the best I had there and is even better than some of them. They continue to be my favorite Banh Mi in the area.
Their iced coffee leaves something to be desired for my taste though unfortunately. A big part of this is my preference for white coffee (bạc xỉu) and the salted cream coffee (cà phê muối). My favorite combo is to buy a banh mi and drive down the road to the newly opened Wake Up for their salted cream coffee.

Update (11/7/2023):
Finally got to come back as I had the day off from work and could make it up before they sold out. Banh Mi is still great, though I found that I very much did not enjoy the cold cut option. I’ve now had 3 (BBQ Pork), 1 (Roasted Pork), and 2 (Cold Cut) and would recommend them in that order. BBQ pork was amazing, roasted pork was great, and cold cut had me questioning if I wanted to finish it. Not bad or gross, just completely not my taste/preference. I fully plan on being back in the future to try number 4 (shredded pork) so I can figure out which one is truly my favorite and future go to.

“Sub was good, fresh roll and meat(I'm hoping) Kind of weird situation happened while there, but glad I wasn't served the meat. Wanted a Roast Beef and Pastemi sub, and a Pepperoni Sub. the gentleman said he didn't have any Pepperoni or Pastemi, pointed out a whole unwrapped Pastemi, he said "Oh Ok, we got some" We ordered my husband's Sub the Roast Beef/Pastemi Sub, while I was trying to figure my sandwich because i don't really eat Lunch Meat But the weird thing was, upon getting the Roast Beef, he took it out of the case, went the slice it and suddenly take it off the slicer and throw the whole piece of meat in the trash can. I said, "OK, we'll just have all Pastemi on that Sub. I guess I'm good being I don't eat Lunchmeat other than Pepperoni. My husband said the Sub was Good, It was definitely a Great Price, just hoping the meat was good, not out dated, i guess we'll soon find out. Friendly Service“

“There were only two guys working when we arrived for some lunch just before noon. They hustled the whole time, apologized multiple times for the delay (there wasn't much of one) and maintained a positive, welcoming attitude. We dined in, and as we ate a couple more workers arrived, but it's the two openers who deserved the kudos on this visit!“

“I stopped in just about 10 mins ago and grabbed a regular italian sub mikes way and it was delicious! the bread was extremely fresh and the sandwich was packed with meat! the girl who built my sub was extremely friendly and the second person who served me was friendly as well. they have a good range of chip selection which is something other sub shops in the area cannot say about themselves lol. The lobby is very clean and organized as well. I’ll definitely be back!“

“The two women who work at this Sub Way are rock stars. My car sick 6 year old got sick in the store and they came to the rescue, cleaned up the mess, gave us a bag and cup for him to use and didn't blink an eye. They also made us a delicious lunch! I was a very grateful Mom today!“

“First of all, I don't know what's up with these comments because IF you get something to eat in the Destiny USA Mall, you are either going to get Taco Bell, Chinese food, or, Pizza and/or Charley's Cheesesteaks. Charley's Cheesesteaks prices make perfect sense, and you can actually see them cooking majority of the food in front of you. (Mostly the meats). I usually spend less than 15 at this place for something that ACTUALLY fills me up with fresh, good quality ingredients. However, this is a popular choice in the mall so it might be a little packed. “It’s Subway, so you pretty much know the drill. Everything was fresh and made right—no complaints there. My kids ordered the plainest possible turkey and cheese subs like they’re on a mission to avoid flavor, and I went with the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, which is always dependable. Grabbed a few cookies too, which were definitely a highlight.

The only real shock was the total—around $60 for all of that had me checking the receipt like I accidentally upgraded to a footlong gold edition. Still a solid, reliable meal.“
