“Fantastic, delicious and very fresh! They use the bare minimum rice in their sushi rolls which is perfection for someone like me who is watching their carbs. The freshest, best sushi in all of Saratoga County. We come from Saratoga Springs because it's better than any place else.“

“It was good food. Ordered for take out. They have seating in the restaurant if you want to eat there. Good was ready when I got there. A good choice for a meal to grab on the way home.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a small strip mall, so the sidewalk area has access for wheel chairs and there are no steps to get inside the establishment.“

“My wife and I always come here almost every weekend. It’s so delicious and honestly it beats all the other food joints there. I have no problem spending so much money eating there! They even help you decide and choose what you would like to eat. I just moved here from California and I’m going to be honest the food around the area sucks but this place is like the light of hope for me. For those who gave this place a one star review have no sense of taste.“

“We celebrated my sons baptism with family and friends at a private event at Yang’s on July 17, 2022. I am still getting calls and texts from our guests raving about the food and the overall experience! The Yang’s team went above and beyond to make our party special. Food was great, service was great, they receive you with amazing green tea and miso soup which were delicious, sushi chef was always wearing gloves and restrooms were perfectly clean.

“This restaurant seems to be run by the next generation rather than the old school Asian restaurants. The staff is very upbeat and the food is delicious, not greasy like so many other restaurants. It's so tasty, I have to inquire if you are using MSG because everything is so tasty. Hopefully you not. Please address this question. Anyway... Delicious food!“
