The miso soup is delicious, the sushi is so good, we had tried with my husband “take out sushi” from this restaurant couple times and never disappointed!

“We’ve been enjoying Eng’s for as long as I can remember, and my family was going there even before I was born. We gladly make the hour-and-a-half round trip because the food is always amazing. The staff is friendly, the service is consistently great, and it’s always worth the drive. I highly recommend the egg rolls and the chicken chow mein.“

“Ate at Good night for the first time and would highly recommend it if you like Asian inspired foods. We had Shan Tofu, the Mussels, pasta and Trout. The stars were the tofu and mussels. It’s not easy to say great things about appetizers like tofu and mussels, but let me say the follow. The tofu was made with garbanzo beans instead of soybeans. This makes a huge difference in taste and texture. The mussels were cooked in a yellow curry sauce. If you like a curry that’s got a great taste and isn’t too expensive, this is your dish. Want to try something wonderful? Did the tofu into the mussels curry. Yum!“

“Really surprised to find this gem in Red Hook. We've only gotten it for takeout, so I can't speak to the atmosphere. We use the online ordering platform. The sushi is really good! We've tried a decent variety from sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and speciality rolls. We've enjoyed all. We currently order once a week!“

“Stars were the Miso Ramen (I got tofu on top) and the Black Sesame Latte 🔥🔥🔥 . Pork and Chive dumplings also delish. I’m down with the casual vibes, just wish there was non-plastic dine-in utensils for hot soup. Kid friendly as long as they can sit at a high top - I assisted my 2 year old and he was fine.“
