“Small Mom and Pop Sushi in the The town of New Paltz. Be sure to call and see how busy they are as sometimes you’ll be waiting an hour or two just to get a seat. The sushi is the best in town and other items on the menu don’t disappoint. Noteable mentions is the Teriyaki Steak with noodles and the Spicy Cold Noodles.“
“This is my go to spot when the weather is nice. I recommend the shrimp pho & shrimp summer cake rolls. The boba tea is great too! I set a personal goal to try every flavor and I haven't had one I didn't like but the strawberry boba is unbeatable. Staff is always friendly & accommodating. Wonderful location!“
“Beautiful restaurant!! Our server was sweet, knowledgeable and fast!! Food was amazing!!! Definitely recommend!! There is another sushi restaurant called Hokkaido in New Paltz and the owner gave our table away to a bigger party which is unacceptable. This place is SO much better and the owners are gracious and appreciative... nothing like Hokkaido!! Go to Tokyo.. you won't regret it!!“
“Super quick. We have been trying to find a good Chinese food spot and have been unsuccessful until now. Quite literally the only place around with great Chinese food. Last time we can we have the chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce and it was amazing. The time before that we had a bento box and my wife and I were so happy with it.“
“Absolutely delicious food and hot sake, and a huge bonus that it's close to home! The spider roll and shrimp lover's roll (mine) were fantastic! My boyfriend got the hhibachi combo with shrimp (I had a couple of bites and loved it) and scallops and the eel roll combo and said they were delicious too. The miso soup starter was tasty as well. It's a small place, it was comfortable, well lit and quiet on a Monday evening. We'll definitely be visiting again.“
“Here was pretty good, placed my order and everything was right as I placed it. So my seven stars around the moon, all meats were cooked perfectly and bathed the sauce, the veggies which I have admit there was more then necessary were fresh and seasoned well. Loved the egg battered shrimp, since not too much batter and the shrimp itself did not shrink when fried. As for the wonton in garlic sauce, filling was good and wonton's were very crispy and not too doughy. The sauce was very savory with a light spice. Overall pretty great meal I got here.“
“This mom and pop thai restaurant in the busy part of new paltzs is a treasure. The tom yum soup no matter if you get chicken or shrimp seafood or veggies is absolutely spectacular its spicy and savoury and making you want more. The duck curry with mushrooms was like a I was transported to Thailand and enjoy the culture. As an appetizer the shrimp roll was like a tasty treat. And my only thing about atmosphere it needed some music or something but otherwise great place will definitely be bac.“
