“As a Diner Enthusiast, I can confidently say that this is a hidden gem. I've been to close to 100 diners and the food here rivals the best. The tables were filled with veterans and local regulars that know the waitress by name. I left with a full tummy and a smile on my face. More people should be coming here. “Just a shout out to the wonderful behind the counter ladies who were so kind as to write me instructions to find my way back to Heldeberg Avenue in Rotterdam this morning, as I was totally lost!!! Also, thanks to a super friendly customer at the counter who also provided assistance. I will certainly be eating there in the future, as the food smelled delicious!“

“My family and I have lunch at the Glenville Diner every few weeks. They have an extensive menu, but we love the daily specials which always include a cup of soup. The diner has great soups-my favorite is the chicken and vegetables. I also like to order the chef salad- more to than enough for a second meal with a great variety of meats and veggies. My husband usually orders breakfast which he thoroughly enjoys.. It's a nice restaurant which draws a lot of seniors in the area. Enjoy!“

“This location has a notice to vacate on the interior door, must be because the city of schenectady shut it down? Went inside this morning but was told we are closed. I loved this place every time including yesterday morning, but the city must have told them to vacate the premises.“
