Parking: There is always parking in this lot as there are other businesses next door that also have spots available. The entire lot is usually only about 30% full.“

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

Don’t miss scallion pancake, fried pot stickers, chicken satay with peanut sauce, tom kha soup, drunken noodles, basil fried rice ... we were stuffed to the gills, but then we saw the dessert menu. Sticky rice and mango ... and 4 forks please! 🤣 I’m uncomfortably full (my fault) but can’t wait to go back.“

“Their pho is incredible and their fresh rolls divine. My only complaint? On my most recent visit I got pho as takeout, and the broth was so hot, it actually deformed the takeout container it was in. I don't remember that in the past, so I think they must have switched brands. The broth leaked and I was concerned about leaching from melted plastic.

“This evening we had the best dinner and experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. First, every single staff member (from the host/hostesses, waitstaff, server (two who brought food to the table) was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel "at home". We had a non-traditional dinner... two appetizers (the crab queso and the spicy dragon shrimp), two cocktails (blue margarita and tito's twisted lemonade- both good and we appreciated the extra lime and lemon which we used since we like our drinks a bit tart. All of these were on special since we happened to be there during Happy Hour. Then we shared the Wednesday steak and lobster dinner with special rice and a Caesar salad. And of course the traditional Red Lobster biscuits. EVERYTHING was very good. Biscuits were hot and tasty, salad was fresh with just the right amount of dressing and Parmesan cheese pieces. Both appetizers were excellent.... each with a little kick of their own. Generous pieces of crab in the queso and the shrimp coating and sauce were yummy. The lobster tail was excellent... cooked just right for dipping in the fresh hot butter. Steak was prepared at the temperature requested and was tender. Pat yourselves on the back. It is not often that we give a five star review (BOTH of us agreed this should be the rating)... and it is even more unusual with a chain restaurant.“

“Sat at the bar and was served by Vinnie. Vinnie was super nice and we had great conversations. Gabriella was also very smiley and friendly (she drinks a lot of water lol [inside joke]). I ordered the veal cordon bleu and my adult son had the lasagna. I’ve been to Italy and this meal was just as good, if not better, than some of the food I ate in Rome, Gaeta or Naples. “A great place for a fancy dinner with friends and family. They have great selection of wines and spirits that pair well with the pastas and other entrees. The wait for a table is short and the atmosphere feels like you’re in the middle of Tuscany. We got the French Onion Soup and Mozzarella Caruso for apps which were delicious. For entrees, we got Pesce Alfredo and Linguini Alle Vangole that hit the spot. Great service as well. Will come back again.“

“So this was my first time here…we had a birthday celebration for my boss! About 13 people. Reservations were for 6:00pm. I came about 15 minutes late, and some people had drinks already. We waited for our waitress to return and it was almost 1/2hr. She took our second drink order, and seemed annoyed. The restaurant was very busy (which we were told by other servers) another 1/2hr pasted and finally she took our food orders. At this point, we were very hungry and disappointed-I guess our server had another big table.. So our salads were dropped off but another female server (who seemed very professional and much nicer than our original server) After that things seemed better. Food was good! I just thought about the customer service of the first waitress. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I work in customer service (which is very important especially for first impressions) would i recommend this restaurant yes, food was good. Service was not so great.“
