I ordered using the app while a few miles from the restaurant. I got confirmation and receipt. There was no cell service and I couldn't connect to their wifi to check in to get my order. One of the two employees I spoke with was kind and understanding and quickly gave me my order when I showed my receipt even though the other didn't come through on their end.
This the first McDonald's I've been to where the order was correct!! Kudos to the sweet kid in the window at the drive-thru- who double checked for me on my apple slices. Service with a smile!!
