“We have eaten at the Bistro for many years with consistency and quality of food being primary concerns. I have to say with the new chef along with a new menu I can firmly state that I will be eating at Bistro many more times in the very near future! During the past week we have eaten at the Bistro three times and the food and service has been phenomenal. Shout out to our bartenders and server for providing excellent service each and every time. My husband had one of the flatbreads and enjoyed it each time while I have one of the new chicken dishes and enjoyed my meal each night and the next day since portion size necessitated a takeout box.“

“They have such a diverse range of foods and I don’t think I can say this about any other pizza shop, that they have some of the best and I mean best General tso’s. The garlic rice is great too. The wait for the food is worth it and a drive to the place would be worth it. Folks that pay for the food at the peek are crazy to order from the peek, Vinnies is the way to go.“
