“Every time I come to Callicoon my first stop is the Westen hotel there food is 5***** the drinks are fantastic!! The only place I go with friends when i come upstate!!. I own a place in the Beachwoods and I don't cook when I'm up. John the Chef is amazing The hotel is beautiful... so much history.“

“Really happy to have had lunch here the other day. Walked in and was greeted by very friendly staff, the bartender was clearly a level 10 master mixologist who made fantastic drinks. A well thought concept and atmosphere with local history and great food, even the people who work here have personal ties to this Fire Station. I look forward to going back.“
