“Rosa and Anna have all the qualities of excellence in hospitality. From a management standpoint they have to multitask bilingually and deal with people who are in a hurry. From a humanity perspective they must be so tolerant. Corporate culture might think that hey it’s McDonalds it’s of a different class structure. This is far far from the truth

Rosa as a manager is a consummate professional and absolutely a sweetheart. Patient and polite despite adversity (rude people)

“I had such a wonderful experience at Royale. First it has an awesome bar and restaurant indoors and the space outdoors is beautifully decorated. I have celiac disease and they had the most delicious gluten free nachos (made on site) ever! They were perfect. I was so happy I could have them and they were excellent! Great atmosphere and food! “If you are celiac and want a good burger in NYC, this is the place for you. Food here is amazing. We came here twice during our visit, takeout the first time, and ate at the restaurant the second.
I would suggest you to eat here, quality is high and hot food is always better, but this place is so good that even when it's cold at home is worth it. Very good burger, amazing popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries are a gem.“

Special thank you to the bartender, I ordered 3 different coctails and asked for no syrup or sugar and they were made perfect to my taste. Roasted beet salad is to die for, octopus amazing and the skirt stake is something to come back for.“

“We ordered a burger for our dog who just turned 16. We put in a request and received a cute little writing from the staff. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming when I walked in to pick up. They even ensured that the burger was safe for the dog to eat and told me not to worry about 'my baby'. Right off the bat, I was impressed.

Needless to say, our dog devoured the entire thing and left not a single molecule of the burger in her bowl. We took some bites out of her burger since it was too big, and despite ordering a well-done burger with no seasonings or toppings (only American cheese), it was still very good! We will definitely find a time to go and sit down at this place. No wonder they are always busy!“

We came on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was still warm, attentive, and friendly. “The food was great the service fantastic. Our server Hunter was very well verse and made great suggestions. The other staff was also helpful and always refilled the water and kept checking if we needed anything. I would recommend this restaurant and hopefully will return. “Donovan’s Pub is owned by 2 Woodside gentlemen. The staff is amazing friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely delicious and great portions. They have the Best Burger in NYC. It’s the best burger I have ever had. They have awesome live music every weekend on their brand new stage. Their lineup of musicians is the best around. I’ve been going there for 50+ years and I highly recommend Donovan’s Pub in Woodside NY.“

“My food was delicious. I had the 60/40 and fries. The space is cozy and positive. It’s perfect for takeout, but there are a few seats and a counter available inside. Ordering is simple; just use the tablet on the wall. I can’t wait to try new things when I’m in town again! 🍔❤ It was a nice difference compared to what I usually find in Phoenix, AZ. The attendant was very polite and patient with me. I was extremely jet-lagged.“

“Fulton Burger Park Slope is a nice casual burger spot in the neighborhood. I tried the Truffle Burger and Cajun fries, and both were very tasty. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the Cajun fries were crispy with good seasoning. Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back again.“

“Delicious burger, cozy vibes, and service that can’t be beat.

On the recommendation of our server, Tom, we ordered the sunchokes for an appetizer and cheeseburger and risotto for mains. Favorite bite of the night were the sunchokes with fresh parm and pepper sauce. The cheeseburger and risotto were also outstanding and generously portioned. For dessert, our server recommended an unforgettable parsnip sponge cake with a decadent heap of cream cheese buttercream. The knowledgeable and friendly service made the dining experience warm and welcoming. I’ll be back!“

“This past weekend I hosted a luncheon to celebrate four milestone senior birthdays. We were about 20 in the rear of the outdoor area. The staff was fabulous as when I arrived we altered how things were laid out. They just went along enthusiastically and we achieved our goal The special menu prepared by the chef was delicious, flavorful and plentiful. I cannot say enough about how magnificent the event was and how from the beginning to end all they want to do is please. The attendees have not stopped expressing how “perfect “ everything was. Thank you Threes Brewing for everything and making our birthdays very memorable!!!“

“A buddy at work told me about this little beauty on the corner of 97th & 23rd Ave in East Elmhurst so I said I'd give it a try & it did not disappoint. It's a nice clean & bright restaurant with some tables & chairs outside & inside with two countertops & seating for 8 people on high stools & a small table & 2 chairs, nice AC blowing cool air. The server was very nice and they had the World Cup on TV & music playing down low. I ordered the double Burger Queen w/ truffle fries & a can of coke zero. The burger was moist tasteful sauces delicious & fried onions give it that extra taste. I saw some comments about burger & fries too salty (THEY WEREN'T) The truffle fries again were absolutely delicious so once I was done I went and ordered another double Burger Queen. This will be my go to for a delicious tasting burger & fries. I will try the triple with a fried egg next time. Listen, it's worth the visit. G'WAN YA WON'T BE SORRY 😉“

“I couldn’t get a picture of anyone’s food since we all dug in right away but the food here is amazing! We had their Birria tacos, a steak meal and a steak fajitas meal—chef’s kiss! They were very kind, welcoming and family oriented here. The place is small, I will say, it’s way smaller than I expected but nonetheless, we were quickly seated and the music was good the entire time. This was a memorable experience , thank you!“

Very limited options but I got a double cheeseburger with jalepenos and a side of fries. Yes!!! The burger was so juicy,l and flavorful. The fries we well seasoned and hot. “My Step-Son turned me on to this and we would go to New Paltz. It shocked me how good it was!! Been hooked since!! I was over the ‘Moon’ when Poughkeepsie opened! I am betting they will grow and grow!!“

“Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! “I went to order some food because I saw they closed at 1:30Am I arrived and they said they only taking orders on line because it’s already 12:45am I made the order not realizing they had a another location in queens the guy said it was fine and just made the order for me, and he made it so well and such a good amount. He suggested the chicken tenders and it was very fresh, I also saw a couple order the fish and it was fried to order —it looked so good. Honestly I’m very grateful the owner was able to make it right. Will be coming back again!
