“I had a great time having dinner with my sister. I had not been here in several years. I ordered
Chicken Quesadillas and my sister ordered Crispy Chicken Wontons Both dishes were fresh and were seasoned well. For drinks I ordered a Glass Of Cabernet and my sister ordered a Rose.
The dinner was most enjoyable as we had such a friendly and helpful server named
Jessie. It was a hugh
plus to have her as our server. I will definitely return to Applebee's Grill and Bar. I recommend this restaurant for great food, drinks and service.“

“I went to PS 26 across the street from the pizzeria from 1988-1994. Went across the street for lunch on Fridays. The pizza used to be sooo good. Haven't been there since 1994. I wne to JHS and moved from Fresh Meadows. I was told by a friend it tastes the exact same from childhood. I decided to give it a try. It absolutely did taste the same. My boyfriend loved the grandma slice. I didn't go in so I cant speak for the customer service but the pizza was perfect. So nostalgic. I will be back.“

We also had the fried cauliflower, saag burrata side and duck for main dish. For dessert we ordered silvana, which is so delicate with many layers of flavors: airy meringue, coffee cream, pistachios.

“The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The tomato salad was so fresh and flavorful, and the Short ribs Massaman was definitely one of the highlights—so rich and delicious!

We came on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was pretty busy, but the service was still warm, attentive, and friendly. Everyone made sure we were taken care of even during the rush, which we really appreciated. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!“

“Donovan’s Pub is owned by 2 Woodside gentlemen. The staff is amazing friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely delicious and great portions. They have the Best Burger in NYC. It’s the best burger I have ever had. They have awesome live music every weekend on their brand new stage. Their lineup of musicians is the best around. I’ve been going there for 50+ years and I highly recommend Donovan’s Pub in Woodside NY.“

“This is a bonafide American Burger and Fries establishment. They've got a simple menu, executed expertly. Fastfood chains these days forgot the magic that was cooking with beef tallow. “Okay first of all Mashallah 😍. I was born in the generation of Halalbee’s. First off, I got my order quickly! The man I spoke with had a mask on, and the restaurant was perfectly COVID compliant. The food?! AMAZING. Perfectly priced for the quality of what you’re getting. Definitely have the Double Decker with the Maple Beef Bacon! The Panko Chicken Nuggets were crispy, and fresh. The Truffle Fries were seasoned beautifully! Easily one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent portions! I’d love to shake the owner’s hand, but that will have to wait until social distancing is behind us! I’m definitely bringing all my friends, and recommending this spot to my coworkers! “this would be a great restaurant outside of nyc but after eating here makes sense why it was almost empty at 7:30 on a friday night. first, for some reason the AC was off on a summer night, it was so hot! at one point our server kind of went AWOL for like ten minutes after we said we needed a second to decide but i guess it happens and we were able to get someone else’s attention. A few notes on the food: the fluke crudo has a great sauce but you must slice the fish, you cannot just serve a raw filet of fish. the sauce doesn’t get to it and it is hard to slice raw fish while eating. cut the fish! the chicken entree was good but it was overcooked which shouldn’t be an issue with heavily breaded chicken. the poached hake was not cooked enough. the sticky rice dessert was really just rice pudding but was outstanding and the drink selection was very good.“

“A buddy at work told me about this little beauty on the corner of 97th & 23rd Ave in East Elmhurst so I said I'd give it a try & it did not disappoint. It's a nice clean & bright restaurant with some tables & chairs outside & inside with two countertops & seating for 8 people on high stools & a small table & 2 chairs, nice AC blowing cool air. The server was very nice and they had the World Cup on TV & music playing down low. I ordered the double Burger Queen w/ truffle fries & a can of coke zero. The burger was moist tasteful sauces delicious & fried onions give it that extra taste. I saw some comments about burger & fries too salty (THEY WEREN'T) The truffle fries again were absolutely delicious so once I was done I went and ordered another double Burger Queen. This will be my go to for a delicious tasting burger & fries. I will try the triple with a fried egg next time. Listen, it's worth the visit. G'WAN YA WON'T BE SORRY 😉“

“I couldn’t get a picture of anyone’s food since we all dug in right away but the food here is amazing! We had their Birria tacos, a steak meal and a steak fajitas meal—chef’s kiss! They were very kind, welcoming and family oriented here. The place is small, I will say, it’s way smaller than I expected but nonetheless, we were quickly seated and the music was good the entire time. This was a memorable experience , thank you!“

“I went to order some food because I saw they closed at 1:30Am I arrived and they said they only taking orders on line because it’s already 12:45am I made the order not realizing they had a another location in queens the guy said it was fine and just made the order for me, and he made it so well and such a good amount. “Good price and quality. I always order it with the sauce on the side and one time they forgot the sauce and it still tasted amazing without sauce. I often order it without sauce now lol. Other places drench everything in sauce to mask the taste of low quality meat but not here. The meat is great quality and very flavorful on its own.“

The shop has been around for more than 50 years and still serves some of the best sandwiches in the city. We ordered the famous “3 The Hard Way” to try all three classics: pastrami, brisket, and corned beef. Each one was stacked high on rye, and the flavors were incredible. The brisket had that perfect smoky edge, and the pastrami was full of spice and tenderness. You can feel the legacy in every bite. It’s casual, local, and full of character. “GOLDEN K BURGERS has a good rating. The burgers are solid, though a little pricey and they did not have their signature Bulgogi Burger. The vanilla shake was solid, and the chicken wings were awesome. All the burgers were well-flavored and had a juicy patty. The server was friendly, but the narrow little restaurant looked a little sad, we thought there would be more people instead of being the only customers. I would go again, however. The lunch menu prices are worth it, and the happy hour from 4pm to 8pm seem worth it, too.“

“OG Fan of Smash House Queens but tnite they really hooked it up. Our 6 year old son has many allergies to the point where he unfortunately has never had the chance to eat at a restaurant. Turns out Smash House Queens has many items created specifically allergy free, and when we went out tnite as family the staff went out of their way to make a special deep fryer run to avoid cross-contamination. Super impressive service alongside terrific Food!“

“This place has decent smash burger compared to the competitors around bayside, flushing, and fresh meadows.

The only critique I have is the double smash burger could be less salty and the burger is a bit dry on the inside (but too dry to the point it makes you want to drink water). Also the wait was a bit long (30min)“

“The tacos and margaritas were definitely the highlight of our visit! The tacos came out fresh and packed with flavor. The tortillas were soft, the fillings were well seasoned, and everything tasted freshly prepared. We tried a few different tacos, which made it nice to share and sample different flavors.

The margaritas were just as good—refreshing, balanced, and not overly sweet like you get at some places. You could actually taste the tequila and fresh lime, and they paired perfectly with the tacos.

“went to Brooklyn Beef N Cheese today 3/8/24 with my son. Meet Jessie and he hooked us up. My son had pulled pork sandwich, I had a classic cheese steak sandwich. Both were amazing!! Got an order of fries and Tots which also really good. Found my new sandwich shop for burgers, roast beef, cheese steaks and pulled pork in Brooklyn.
