“I order do through app and the address was wrong, I was texted to coordinate with the doordasher but the dasher was supposed to be a guy but a female picked up the phone and spoke no English and then when I called back she kept hanging up. I clearly wrote in the note section suite 108 in a black and yellow building. I was later texted a picture in which the food was delivered and that was not the correct address. I call the college point location to explain the issue and the person who picked up the phone did not introduce themselves so I was not able to get their name. When I explained the issue I was told they do not do refunds for web orders, then I asked for the manager and then the manager on duty that picked up the phone took my info down and then said he would call me back. The customer service is really bad at this location and this was my first time trying this location. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back.“

“I don’t usually go too crazy for Halal spots, but this place is definitely an exception! The jerk chicken was amazing—flavorful and cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back! I also tried their red velvet cookie, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!“

“This was one of the places my friend who moved to LA had to come back to during her visit.

They have the best rice cake and sausage (소떡소떡) I’ve had from a chicken shop. The rice cake is the perfect level of crispiness. The sausage is a normal Frankfurt sausage instead of the Korean ones but it’s still okay because their sauce is perfect. Even before eating the chicken, I can tell this is going to be amazing. They have great combo deals which are great for groups and they also give free Cajun fries (which are also good and fresh) a review! Definitely worth trying.“

VERY affordable burger (smash burger and chicken sandwich were $5) and the quality is top notch - great quality beef and well-seasoned chicken. “We dropped by Ace's Pizza around 3pm., Brooklyn, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 5th Ave NYC and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—amazing service all around. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and a 14-inch Pepperoni Pizza. Every single item was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding. The pepperoni pizza especially stood out—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. Mozzarella sticks were frozen, Cajun fries, a handful of paprika drowned over the top Today beer that's normally $6 was $8 plus a $4 tip, tax and looking for another tip. Bill should have been $20 it's $30. Live with your wn failure. Don't put it on the customers. Pretty bartenders won't cover incompetence.“

“One of the workers gave me an extremely hard time about the dips that were included in my meal. I hadn’t ordered the food but someone else did so I only had a screenshot of part of the receipt. She said I needed the full receipt to confirm that I had multiple dips. Then after telling her I searched the entire bag, in a rude voice she said I had to bring the bag in to prove that there were no dips, as if I was lying. Then she put two dips in the bag, and then shoved the bag towards me. I told her I needed 4 more and she started laughing saying they were coming. On top of all of that they forgot my fries and I didn't even feel like going back in there. She was so extra and rude for no reason.“

“I came here because of their amazing 4.9 rating on Google Maps, however, I was not amazed by their food. I got curry puffs to start my dinner. The puffs were nice and flavorful. The outside was light and flaky, and the insides were well seasoned with nice texture. The sauce came with was too sweet to my liking. Personally I prefer eating it as it is. I pad see ew with shrimp and added beef($5). The flavor was nice and the shrimp was fresh and clean. However, the beef wasn’t so good especially when I paid $5 extra for them. It was too dry and chewy.
Overall, it’s a standard Thai restaurant. The food was nice but nothing special about it.“

“The sandwiches such as the chopped cheese, lamb cheesesteak, and gyro was good. The tostones need seasoning with pink sauce, curly was well seasoning and delicious. The turkey bacon double cheeseburger was good. The pizza roll is terrible it is crap wrapped in egg roll shell. I rather get some real pizza rolls in a pizzeria than eating that garbage again. The service was okay however, when I tell the Muslim brother that rum raisin ice cream is haram because of the rum he acted all nonchalant about it. This is a halal restaurant no alcohol in all forms should not be allowed. Astaghfirullah to brother. The atmosphere was small people coming in and out there is no room to dine and enjoy the food so I glad I ordered to go.“

The food is solid but the service and attention to detail is what makes Uptown Wingz so dope. The cashier went out of her way to move a small table for me to sit and eat. Customers who came in were greeted not only with a friendly smile but also clear references to her livelihoods and families. This is a restaurant where excellent relations and good vibes are abound. I stumbled onto Alytori by chance, and thank goodness I did. Let me start with the wings—wow. I consider myself a bit of a wing critic, and these were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Made to order, perfectly fresh, and packed with flavor. They were so good that I actually called the restaurant seconds after eating just to tell them how impressed I was.

Needless to say, I’m already thinking of excuses to head back to Williamsburg just for another round. Alytori truly impressed me, and I’ll definitely be back.“

“Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

“I've been a loyal customer of Sweeties since it opened. I've loved their Soy Garlic bowl, Bulgogi bowl, chicken sandwich and french fries! The flavor and tenderness of the chicken is fantastic!
Just one suggestion: One time I recently ordered the Soy Garlic bowl and it came with I believe basmati rice, rather than the usual white rice it has come with when I ordered the previous several times. In my opinion, the classic white sticky rice takes the bowl to a different level, so hopefully they were just out that day!“
