“This Dunkin’ is a true gem for weary travelers. The bathrooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. While we waited for our order, the atmosphere was made even better by good music playing in the background. Everything was quick, efficient, and welcoming—exactly what you need on a long drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again! My only regret is not catching the names of the men in service at this Dunkin’.“

“I do a lot of reviews. Most of them have been medium to terrible ratings. Well, Dunkin Donuts don't break your crown or lose your trophy. I'm happy to review the Karner Road location well worth the trip. Not so happy with Google maps. That's a separate review. Let's not mix up the service of one for the other. DD team outshined Google. Again that's for a different rant. Proceeding, DD found my lost order, scanned a code provided with the order and I had my goodies before I could close the app. Hot, fresh & tasty. Then follow the instructions on your receipt to give DD corporation a personal review of the service received, I get a free donut on my next visit. We won't reminisce what losey McDonald's did to my last and final order with them. I praise DD on speedy service, polite staff, clean environment and I got my free reward items actually for free!! “wanted to try to still get some October activities in and this place was ten mins away from my home . You can park right by this quaint store that sells honey, apples , eggs , salsa ( ill have to try one because the flavors looked great ), even pumpkin or apple baking and pancake mix . my toddler loves animals and i also picked this place because there are a few goats there who are very cute & friendly . We bought a $5 medium sized pumpkin , chilled with goats , ran around on open land for a bit and then headed home , served its purpose and wasnt crowded on a thursday around 2 but i can imagine the weekend must be busier which is not my cup of tea with a toddler lol“

“Parking: VERY SMALL parking lot directly outfront. There are usually a couple of spaces for parking on the one way street next to it. Not easy to get out of parking lot due to the high volume of traffic throughout the entire day/night(this location is directly across from St. Peter's Hospital)“

“I rarely review chains because the experience usually varies every visit. However this Dunkin’ Donuts is the most consistent one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for months and my order is always correct, fresh, and timely (even though they are PACKED with state employees)... The staff here are friendly and fast.“

“This location was good, but it's a tight pull in on a busy street. Went inside to order it wasn't crowded, there was parking. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't mess up the order or the food, and it was clean inside. They have a new churro donut that's supposed to taste like churros, I guess, but it doesn't. It tastes like one of those old fashion cinnamon sugar donuts, except it has a fancy shape. Like, c'mon, dd you know dang well that doesn't taste like a churro. lol maybe if they had like a caramel drizzle on it ? then maybe, but yeah, no Anywho, it's dunkin donuts what else is there to explain.“

“Got there a little later in the day so the selection of doughnuts was a little limited but either way they still had what I like. All day was feeling … bleh, but as I approached the counter I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman named Jennifer. “Had my usual 6:00 am stop at the drive thru today. More than the normal line of cars. When I got to the order board I got my normal greeting, but was told it will take a little longer. Because the employee was the only employee on the store. I was ok with that. When I got to the window the employee was in tears and thanked me for being so nice. She said all other customers were being mean. I believe the employee did a great job and should be shown some type of appreciation. She was very quick to get all orders taken prepared and put the window.“

They also didn't have most of their donuts available, but we were able to find a few good options. The donuts were delicious and the staff member was great!“
