“I drive through here five days a week to get my coffee and sometimes breakfast. All of the staff at the drive-through window are so sweet, very kind and very efficient. They have never ever gotten my order wrong. I used to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Clifton Park and it was terrible there so I love the colony location.@ and only come here on my way to work now! Great job to the management on hiring wonderful staff.“

“I visited this Dunkin' to see if they could help me fix my drink. I had gone to a different Dunkin' earlier, and my drink was too bitter. I wanted to see if they could add an extra pump of flavor to make it sweeter. The staff was extremely kind and fixed my drink, even adding extra ice and giving me a new lid. I am very grateful for their help. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the girl I spoke to, but she had blonde hair and, I believe, blue eyes. Overall, I'm thankful for the service I received and would be happy to return to this location again.“

“wanted to try to still get some October activities in and this place was ten mins away from my home . You can park right by this quaint store that sells honey, apples , eggs , salsa ( ill have to try one because the flavors looked great ), even pumpkin or apple baking and pancake mix . my toddler loves animals and i also picked this place because there are a few goats there who are very cute & friendly . We bought a $5 medium sized pumpkin , chilled with goats , ran around on open land for a bit and then headed home , served its purpose and wasnt crowded on a thursday around 2 but i can imagine the weekend must be busier which is not my cup of tea with a toddler lol“

Only one downfall...they let this lady look like in her twenties run back n forth in line visiting people she knew that were entering the store while her party was up front. One customer ended up leaving. Awful they didn't say something. Why have floor markers....“

“I really like this location. I always get the egg bites and they package them with great care-- they'll place them in a box and pack them with a fork and ketchup packets. Not everyone does that, so I appreciate it. They do get VERY busy, so it's best to swing in in the early morning, or if you're doing an online order, allow 20min.“

“Got there a little later in the day so the selection of doughnuts was a little limited but either way they still had what I like. All day was feeling … bleh, but as I approached the counter I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman named Jennifer.
