“What a pretty little store!If you are traveling I90, this is a good stop. Its close to the onramp BUT you need to travel a cpl miles of offramp so be prepared. Located next to a gas station (which has no bathrooms), the location makes it a perfect place to stop. Very clean and fast. Because its hidden, its not hugely busy. Its a good location for a quick in and out“
“I have a long commute to work and drive past two DD locations to go to this one versus the other two. This one is far better and worth waiting for my morning coffee. The staff always look like they’re working really hard. The line always goes quickly and smoothly. The older man that works in the morning on the weekdays is always friendly. I’ve been going here a few times a week for over a year.“
“This location of DD is usually swamped with drive thru customers, usually reaching all the way to NY-30 and wait times can be upwards of 15 min for a simple order. This isn’t the fault of the workers however, but a combination of poor physical layout of the premises combined with a heavier than typical influx of customers in the morning hours. I try to go before 7:30 am as it’s reasonable at this time, but after that til about midday it’s usually a long wait.The dedicated workers I see there every day remain impressive to me with their cheery attitude and order accuracy. Kudos to the middle-aged lady that usually greets me at the intercom every day with her remembering my order most days. Very professional, and very nice to see!“
“Coffee is always fresh, donuts are usually fresh. The one time I did get burnt coffee and a super stale donut, they switched them out with a smile and a "sorry about that". Drive thru is always on point. I really enjoy this location!“
“I started coming to this store because my coffee tastes 10000% better than it did at 1200 state street. the coffee at state street was always very watery and made me feel sick after taking 2 sips. but after coming to this store i will never go to a different dunkin! the store is SO clean and all the employees are very nice and respectful. my coffee is always made perfectly when i come here and when i do order food it is hot, fresh, and never too overdone every time i get it.Dietary restrictions: i am lactose intolerant and i ask for oat milk and i actually get oat milk every time i come here!!! i am honestly so amazed at this location because everywhere else i went would mess it up and give me cream and i would be sick for the rest of the dayParking: the parking lot is a good size for the location PLENTY of spots to park“
“The staff here is so friendly. I'm from IL and the service we are provided at those Dunkin' Donuts is absolutely absurd people are so rude and you can tell they hate their job. This location just different shout out to the staff for always being happy to take my order“
“Thank you to the girl who waited on me in the drive thru at 3:30 am. She was fast and friendly and actually made my sandwich.. Unlike the DD I had gone to on Curry Rd right before this one. They didn't even bother to answer me in the drive through. Just an FYI... Do not assume you will get better service depending on the location. As I found out at 3:20 in the morning when I assumed I would be waited on at the 24 hour DD Rotterdam. Kudos to the girl at the State St. location.“
“The Pumpkin Muffin❣️ is Back!!!! I ran to Dunkin in Scotia before work, the girl was very busy with DoorDash or Grubhub. But she was quick to take my order,,,I got to work on Time with Munchkins & Pumpkin muffin. Everything was great!! But I have to say...I Used to work at Dunkin & I would love to work there again however I nvr would ,,,now that there's DDash,,,it's TOO much ,Dunkin wants you to take dash first,,,but I always helped the guest in front of me First. I disagree with Ddash first.“
“I enjoy getting my food from this Dunkin’ Donuts. I usually like to go inside and place my order. I feel like ever since they changed workers, the manager, and remodeled, I don’t have to have to wait at the register, with no line, for 10 minutes just to order my food. “This particular Dunkin shows that not all Dunkin Donuts are the same. I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin because the people working are always friendly, they are fast and efficient. I have been going there for 5 years or more and I think I have had had order messed up maybe twice and both times they were more than happy to fix it. I always refer people to this dunkin“
