“My friend Michele and I decided to go to the Barnsider earlier this evening because we were in the area visiting her parents grave. I ordered the 10oz scallops and Michele ordered the 10oz steak, both were absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful! We were both about half to three quarters into eating our dinners. Suddenly I noticed a concerned look on Michele's face and asked her if she was alright. When she struggled to answer me, I knew she was in trouble and quickly got up from my chair and helped her up and got behind her to administer the Himelick maneuver that I've never tried or had any training for. After a couple of attempt's, I panicked and turned to find help at the nearby check-in desk and asked if anyone knew how to do the Himelick maneuver to save my good friend Michele and for a few moments it was obvious that no one knew, that is until an employee came back from seating some customers and witnessed what was going on and immediately got behind Michele and may have saved her life in a matter of seconds. I regret I did not get her name, but I think she may have been the person in charge this night at that position from what I could tell because our table was very close to the desk. Michele and I can't thank her enough for heroic response to save the life of someone in an emergency situation! By the way, she mentioned she took an EMT class 10 years ago but has never had to use her training in any situations. Now she has, and thank God or maybe...thank one or both of Michele's parents that we just visited at the cemetery just prior to going to the Barnsider for dinner, and maybe, they made sure there was an Angel working that would protect their daughter. Thank You again from the bottom of our hearts!!“

“Looking for a brunch place on a Sunday while visiting and VERY happy to have found Ambition. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our party of six, never feeling put-off by the size of the party, and were kind enough to move some tables to make it all work. The server was friendly and efficient, quick to bring the food as it was ready, as well as with any additional requests (thanks, Maddie!). The food was DELICIOUS--great blueberry pancakes, eggs, breakfast potatoes, strawberry french toast, omelets, blueberry waffles, and more. The Bloody Mary was outstanding--on par with The Ruby Slipper in New Orleans. DEFINITELY recommended by everyone in our party!“

While the food is undoubtedly the star, the service was a bit underwhelming; it was efficient but lacked any warmth or conversation. I noticed a constant stream of takeout orders, suggesting its popularity. The atmosphere, unfortunately, felt a bit cold and uninviting, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. Despite the service and atmosphere, the food itself is top-notch. I just wish this gem was closer to my home!“

“Cute place, delicious food. We sat outside but it’s a casual place with a/c if you prefer indoors. Would be great for take out.

We shared a poké bowl (the River Street bowl with brown rice) and it was a generous portion for 2 for lunch. Every topping was fresh and delicious, great avocado, creamy bang bang style sauce to die for, and the shrimp and crab as the protein tasted fresh and delicious. We will be back.“

We have been there for her amazing breakfasts and have ordered her take out pot pies and WOW, we were not disappointed with our amazing dinner. I had the Eggplant and my husband had the Filet. Warm and cozy atmosphere- just perfect!!“

“I've been here many of times and each time is a slightly different expirience. I have been on my lunch break, ans I have been with friends. When I tell them I am on break, they make sure to get my order out to me quicker. They have the best PB&J smoothie, and their waffles are the best. I just dont like the nibs on there. They are very bitter for my taste. Other than that, they have a great atmosphere, the staff is kind, and they are very accommodating.“

“We went to Milanos for the first time today, and we’re never going back. To say that the service was terrible would be an understatement. Ordered a large pizza and watched it sit there on the counter getting cold because the server was MIA. I was going to walk over there and pick it up myself, but I flagged down the other server who did it for me. Same thing when I asked for the check. I could see if the place was busy and they were understaffed, they weren’t. As far as the food goes, mediocre at best. The “large” pizza was actually small and we left there hungry. We should have eaten at the burger place a few doors down.“

Had some of this pizza from a place near the airport not expecting it to be nearly as good as it was.
The cheese was super thick and the sausage slices were thick ans flavorful. An absolutely fantastic piece of pizza that I wish I could have back home.

“A modest little Vietnamese restaurant with an extensive menu and very tasty offerings, Pho Yum is tucked into the corner of an anonymous strip mall on a busy 4 lanes highway. The automated tablet based menu, plastic utensils and paper table ware may be off-putting, but the charming help, the rich Pho soups and interesting selection of spring, summer and autumn rolls are definitely worth the visit.“

“Went here tonight for dinner! We were seated quickly and immediately were served water, a kettle of hot tea, and wonton chips with duck sauce and mustard. They took our drink order and food order quickly and everything came out so fast!! And it was delicious food. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an app, an entree and a dessert for a reasonable price! I will definitely be going back!“
