The food was good, but unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. Our waitress had a very unwelcoming attitude from the beginning. I ordered waffles, fruit, and ice cream for my granddaughter, but the ice cream never arrived with the meal. We politely called the waitress over and reminded her, and although she acknowledged us, she walked away and never brought it.

Very nice place and people with very good food!
I recently threw a baby shower at The Prince Tea House in Albany and I was blown away by the food, staff and service we had that day. When I inquired about hosting a party, the manager Yao immediately contacted me back. She was responsive and very kind. She made sure that I knew all of my options and assured me many times that the package I chose would be correct. Service experiences vary. It can be thorough, professional, friendly, solicitous, attentive, and kind, with a team approach. However, there have been instances of inattentive service where guests felt ignored and treated differently, leading to long waits. The owner has offered apologies for such experiences. The good outweighs the minor bad. The price is reasonable, though it can be pricey if ordering drinks, a meal, and dessert, but many find it worth it for the experience.
