Ordered three slices: one regular, one Grandma's, one Sicilian. Regular was pretty damn good, grandma was so so good flavor a little bit soggy. Sicilian was a disappointment because the cheese and sauce were spot on, but there was literally raw dough inside the crust. Been coming here for years. I think you guys are one of the best. I just think you need a little bit more QC!

Unfortunately, Emilios is not what it used to be. The hot antipasto had 4 clams...two of which were bad... bad clams slimy and inedible. The others I had eaten did not sit well with me. The special pasta of the day was neither good nor property prepared. Not the same when Emillio is not there. After about 35 years of going there I will not be back.
