“Nice place to stop in if you’re looking for a laid back environment. A very casual sit down restaurant. Love the rustic style design of the place. Beef burger is amazing. Fiancee got the bean stalk burger (which is typically a vegan option but asked for beef) and said it was delicious. Both burgers were cooked to what we requested. Also amazing fried pickles! “We enjoyed dinner last night at the Melting Pot in Farmingdale. What an absolute amazing experience! Drinks and food were beyond fabulous! The manager, Andre, was attentive to all guests. The staff was friendly and made sure every aspect of our evening was exactly what we hoped for! Our table was set up beautifully and the entire restaurant was very tastefully decorated for Valentine’s Day. There was a Photo Booth and an excellent curated set menu for the evening that covered all bases. I highly recommend and will be back!“

“This place never disappoints. Last night I sat and had a table filled with dishes that were so delicious. Spare ribs were falling off the bone and seasoned to perfection. Steve makes the finest dishes packed with savory goodness. Love the bread and toppings. Their Pesto pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage is amazing and one of my favorites. “The Park Bakery is one of the Best on the Northshore of Suffolk. The cakes, pies, pastries, and cookies are excellent.
Very good selection of breads and rolls.
Terrific seasonal fruit pies and cakes along with themed displays for Holiday's. Nice selection of small pastries. Had some company for the July 4th weekend. The Chocolate Mousse cake, Fruit pie heaped with fresh fruit, cheese cake and cookies were a big hit. My guests complained that the desserts were To Good and they were all overeating.

“The best supermarket of them all. Huge, yet never crowded. Very wide aisles with a big, wide path leading you through the store. Every department imaginable, and then some. Endless varieties and brands and sizes. Fresh everything. Samples. Hot food too, so sit and enjoy. Bathrooms. Nice workers, and many of them. Lots of cashiers, plus self checkout. Cavernous parking area. Like I said, the best.“

As a Celiac with nut allergies it's an incredible relief to have a place where I can feel "safe" in my food choice. Gluten free DOES NOT MEAN healthy or organic, so don't come in here expecting that. In NYC I am absolutely in love with Modern Bread and Bagel and this is the closest thing to that on LI that I've found. It's not as good of quality, the ingredients here seem a bit cheaper (more oil, more corn), so the value for your $ is debatable, but it's a huge blessing just to have variety! I picked up their Thanksgiving menu and almost cried - it's every Thanksgiving food I can never have: the biscuits, pies, croutons, stuffing, gravy.

It's expensive. GF food usually is, and I think Bare Naked is reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaalllllly stretching it to the upper limit of what consumers consider acceptable. That said, at Modern Bread I think my bagel order is like $20, so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Look, it's worth the price if you're dying to have something you can NEVER have otherwise. Obviously I hate that GF stuff is so expensive in general but that's the world we live in right now.

I also dislike that not all their products have ingredients listed. Many people with a gluten allergy also have other allergies or sensitivities so it puts our minds at ease to have as much information as possible. Their menus are incomplete too - there's tea options not listed anywhere (Stash brand).

The muffin I got tasted great and was a treat. The "cafe" aspect is iffy.... I probably wouldn't come here specifically for the tea/coffee but if you're coming for the food and want a drink, it's fine. There are a lot of teas available, none of them are listed anywhere (why??????) but the counter staff knew them by memory. I don't love that my "chai latte" came as a hot tea and I was directed to put milk in myself at the accessories counter. That's not really "cafe" kinda service.

I got a muffin and a chai latte for about $8, which is all right. Some of the other products are priced way higher.“
