They have such a large selection to choose from!! I like their meal replacement shakes too!! Their overnight oats are very good and I love the tandoori chicken, and yum yum chicken because the sauce it comes with it delish!! All the meals are so good!!The staff is always knowledgeable And helpful!
Been using Healthy Meals consistently since 2022. By far the best food prep place available and we’ve tried most. Not only is it great for weight control and a healthier way of eating but it’s also prepared food on hand for those days you don’t want to cook and clean the kitchen!!

Based on reviews, Healthy Meals Direct is a great food prep place for weight control and a healthier way of eating. The food is delicious, healthy, yummy, and amazing. It is also super convenient and fast when in a rush, and way better than fast foods. The staff is very helpful, and one manager gave a complete rundown of what the company offers and made customers feel very welcome. There are so many options in the grab and go location to pick. The meals are a ridiculous help for those who cannot cook, and the location in Commack is super convenient. Customers definitely recommend it with 5 stars all around.
