“We were in town for a dance convention and after the long drive from CT we were all starving. We ended up at Francescos and we did not regret it! My friend and I couldn't decide so ordered the chicken piccatta and the chicken crispino to share, and our kids ordered a chicken parm and a chicken Ceasar salad. Everything was soo fresh and delicious! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back.“

Tonight we ordered delivery bc of chaotic kids schedules and DoorDash messed up but Jason was awesome and called them back and insisted they send a new driver and also gave us free cookies to make up for the delay, even though it wasn’t Panera’s fault. One of the first few times I ordered delivery from them I was about to give my card number and I just picked the card up from my lap and while I was doing that the lady yelled into my ear "hellooo" it was a loud and long hello and i apologized, it was just one split second and I just can't believe the impatience someone can have if they're in the customer service business.If your going to ask if the customer if there still there just do it politely.
