“Our first visit to the Taconic Wayside Inn, An absolute pleasure! Our appetizers were amazing! Mozzarella sticks and Garlic Parmesan wings were absolutely cooked perfectly!We also had the Chicken Parmigiana and the Scallop Nantucket… both also prepared with love and perfection.Our waitress was attentive and extremely friendly. It was wonderful that her daughter worked alongside her as well. All the staff whom we spoke to was extremely friendly and appreciated our feedback.A Definitely Must Try Place To Go!!!We’ll be back!”

“The food here is so fresh way better than Dad's Diner. Every meal is freshly prepared and not just taken out of the fridge warm-up to serve a paying customer. They are a way better choice for freshly made food than the diner that gives you 5-10 business days old food. Lovely young people working at the register and even though the chef low-key reminds me of Bill from the True Blood TV series, he still seems nice. If they were serving alcohol that would be the icing on the cake. But for now, when I come to Copake for the summer, they'll always get my money for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. “My first experience with this small roaster was through the Boynton Blends, because of her wonderful artwork on the bags. I freely admit to being a coffee snob and the quality of this coffee is what keeps me coming back. It makes me happy to support a small company that makes a superior product for a reasonable price.
I had an issue with my last order, so rather than back & forth emails, Will called to resolve it. We got to talking about roasting & different blends. Talk about great Customer Service! Now a Customer for life!”

“Really sweet charming place. Very warm and welcoming. We were surprised how elegant the restaurant felt when we walked in because we were expecting more of a pub. The bar area is also small, atmospheric, inviting you to linger. Having been there a few times now, I’d say the menu is carefully thought out, but occasionally, the quality (freshness) and portions are hit or miss, but mostly hit. It’s a nice little neighborhood treasure and always an enjoyable place to go.”

“Truly loved it! Beautiful restaurant with a cute rustic cozy feel and great atmosphere. As someone who eats out a lot, I wasn't sure what to expect but the food was excellent. From the Signature, Caprese Salad, the delicious brick oven pizza, the Rack of Lamb for my husband all through to dessert, everything was extremely flavorful and delicious. The hot food came out hot, a pet peeve of mine is when it comes out luke warm from sitting to be served. Here everything was perfectly temperature. And can we talk about the cocktails? LOVED the Neo’s Negroni. 5 stars from me fully recommend this amazing restaurant won’t be disappointed!”

“We came to the Pond for Brunch as a group of 35 for my daughter’s graduation on December 11. Our group was large, brunch was Delicious and full of so many choices. This was our first time for Brunch but not to the restaurant. The manager was so helpful to get us booked, our waitress was Awesome and took care of All our needs. We were truly grateful, thankful and highly satisfied for the service we received. No doubt, we will return for Brunch again. We recommend it!❤️❤️❤️”

The Clock Tower is an excellent place for a reunion; we started out in the (spacious) bar section, then moved to their dining room, which we had reserved in advance for just us. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly, the waitress was wonderful, and the food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience!”
