“The food is good but the people who work there cannot follow instructions. I’ve ordered online a few times from here and some items have been missing or instructions were ignored. These were things I paid an additional price for. For instance, today I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for the dressing to be mixed in and for a side of extra dressing. I left and went back to work and when I opened the bag, my salad was not mixed up and the extra dressing I paid $$ for was missing. This is also not the first time it’s happened and normally I wouldn’t complain but it is the principle. I’d recommend checking the bag before you leave if you order pickup!“

“This is one of the older style Paneras, with booth style sitting, fireplace chairs and private tables. I like this style to have lunch with friends. I have seen the updated, modern style Paneras and I do not find them warm or cozy, The food here was very enjoyable and the atmosphere conducive to a relaxing meal with friends.“

“Amazing staff, Dema at the front is amazing with customers and he does everything he can to take the best care of his customers. I have young kids and it’s just so easy to stop by for a few slices at a good price, especially with today’s economy. “As I was standing online in the Deer Park Panera Bread, a short Hispanic man was seen sprinkling coffee grounds in the coffee filter. As he was sprinkling the coffee grounds he began EATING the coffee GROUNDS out of the filter with his bare hands. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES! I went to the Hispanic young lady at the registered to describe his behavior. She proceeded to go to speak with him with her back turned to me. I then proceeded to inform the manager! She replied in a nonchalant manner, “thanks for letting me know.”BEWARE THIS IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY!!! I wondered if the rest of the coffee was CONTAMINATED WITH HIS SALIVA!!!“

“Food was delicious. Service was not good. Ordered on the app to eat in store with my son. On my order, there's 2 sandwiched and 2 soups, and they only put 1 spoon on my tray. So I asked for another one please and she was hesitant to get me another one... but overall the food was good. And the atmosphere was peaceful and clean.“
