What can I say.... Mario is truly the Boss of Bosses... that old Italian style that no longer exists.... but you can feel the lack of it... he reminded me a lot of my uncle Domenico when he ran his restaurant in Italy. Triangalo has been on my 'to try' list for years and I was so happy to finally visit. We arrived for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves. I'd say by 6:30/7 the place was hopping on a Saturday night, so reservations are a good idea.
