McDonald's in Cortland

“Stopped for lunch with my granddaughter. Was extremely busy due to having a bus. Went through drive thru so we could quickly get back on the road and we were shorted our chicken mcnuggets. Thank goodness we looked in the bag before we got back on the road. Went inside and the manager was very busy, obviously, being they had a bus. He acted very annoyed. Not sure if it's because of us wanting our correct food, that we were shorted and our order wasn't checked before it was given to us, or if it was because of how busy it was. Hopefully his day got better. Other than that .. no complaints. It's a typical over priced McDonald's. 99¢ to add one slice of cheese on a McChicken is ridiculous. ?“

“I'm actually not joking when I give this place 5 stars, this is the only McDonald's around Tonpkins County that gives me a fresh order, my food is always hot and fresh when I come here. The nuggets are a perfect crisp, my fish sandwiches are loaded with tartar sauce like how it should be, and the employees are always excellent. Although they can get busy but they do run smoothly and stay accurate with their orders.“
